Got a call from this number today, they didn't leave a voicemail.

me too this is  being called from a VOIP system and probably not the real number.

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever! It would be wise to block the ENTIRE '728 area code', as it doesn't exist- it is spoofed, and ONLY USED BY SCAMMERS.

Scam. Do not even answer them. Who know what they will do with your voice. Block them!

As is the case with most, they left no msg.  I NEVER answer calls that are not in my personal contact list.  I've heard one you answer, they then know yours is a valid #.  If the person really needs to get ahold of me, they'll leave a vmail.

this number calls and claims that they are your credit card company (funny how no name is mentioned specifically) and they tell you that they have an offer for you. It is all a scam. I do not have a credit card haha

Called to reduce interest rates, did not speak to anyone. Likely a scam.

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!

Called my CT cell phone. Did not recognize, did not answer, and they left no message.

Missed call from that number, no message

Press 9 now, to be connected to one of our friendly scammers, who will be more than happy to earn his or her commission in order to continue their drug habit, by totally draining your credit card account. They are not able to lower any interest rates, but they will lower the available credit on your card to ZERO.

They called me at 12:15 pm today. Area code 728 doesnt exist.

Called did not answer, left no message.  Added to Block Contact.
