Same deal - picked up at 2330 EDT and there was someone speaking spanish

Same here... all Spanish.  731 is Tennesse, I believe.  I'm in NJ.

Caller did not leave message, but I remember that it was some insurance company trying to sell insurance in spanish

received a call from (731) 200-8989 with an automated message in spanish..i do not want the long distance charges for this!!!

Got the same call just a few minutes ago-- right now I'm in college in NY, but I live in NJ.  Anyone know who/where this call was from?

Received a call from (731) 200-8989 with an automated message in Spanish.

I just received the same message in Spanish from 731-200-8989. I've received this message before, probably about 6 months ago from a different #. Can't anyone (the Government) do anything about these people?

Just got a call from this number at 9:37am pacific time.  Can't believe I have to put up with mass dialers in SPANISH in this country.

Received call from this number just minutes ago.  Spanish speaking caller.  I received calls from strange numbers all the time.  Most time I don't answer and most times no message is left. Either way, still annoying.

I got the same call but I'm 15 why would they sell me insureance? I called bad to see who it was but it was an automatic voicemail!

I got a call in Spanish from this number. This is just the last of many, and I'm tired of it. I don't speak Spanish so I have no idea what the automated message is saying.

Had a call today 22nd march 2010 recorded female voice in English saying I had won 3000+ travel dollars and to claim press one. And I live in Canada.
