Calling the number back, two minutes later, revealed that it was "disconnected or no longer in service."
'Apparently a spoofed Caller-ID for thieves trying to locate empty homes to burgle.

Scam automated dialer.  Phishing for your cc information.

"Account Services" - The recorded message I got said they were a non-profit organization.  When the lady came on the line I asked about that and asked where they were located.  She sounded irritated and she hung up on me.  LOL.....I get these all the time.  It's a total scam.  The callers aren't even good at scamming.   They are rude and nasty.  Their life must be pretty depressing to work for such a place.  Sad, sad, sad.....

Amazing how the government purports to be able to locate a terrorist in the middle of the desert, but can't put these scam artists out of business.  Here comes the next round of spoofed calls from our friends at 'Card Services.'

When you talk to someone about the call they say it can take 2 years to get off call list! They call every day! When you ask them who they are they hang up!! Phone no longer in service when trying to call them after hang up!! I keep telling them I do not have a credit card!!!

They don't  stop, I get 2-3 of these calls a day.Boy would I like to find them!!!

Beware, 731-548-7024 extortion, racketeering, identity theft.....

Keep the perps on the phone as long as possible and contact law enforcement suthorities when contacted by preps from this number.

I would be willing to do prison time in exchange for 20 minutes with these idiots.

They aren't trying to locate empty houses. They are scam artists that are looking for people to fall for a credit card rates scam. They don't want to leave a message because they don't want it recorded. They don't give  true caller ID because they are a scam and calling in violation of the law as well as they are ignoring the DNC list that is a joke anyway. If the FCC wanted to really stop this they would put requirements on Telephone Companies to implement technology that could restrict calls that can not be confirm accurate and verify between carriers that it is a known number.

Just got a call. When I told him I do not have a credit card and to stop calling me, he said dang, baby, don't catch an attitude, I didnt sleep with you last night and I told him he never will and hung up. He sounded very uneducated. I will never pick up again. They call my phone three times at least per day.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
