Calls several times a week. a guy asks please call him back at the number and leaves a reference number. I don't have any business with MSCB, and hence will not be calling back.

THey keep calling, but leave no message.....

This place is a collection agency for numerous hospitals and doctors offices, Baptist Hospital in TN and MS and also University of MS Hospital.

Receive several calls a week, no message or just a reference #. Had same MSCB on caller ID problem before. Fortunately call blocker seems to work. Hopefully they don't change their number a lot I can only put 10 people on call block.

I agree about it being from a collection agency. I was in the hospital about three months ago and have no insurance. I haven't answered or called this guy back because I can't pay them anyway. And by the way, this hospital is Arkansas.

I little explanation might illicit a follow up call.  Interesting to see if it stops now.  I just paid the $48 bill!!

has called before looking for some chick named elizabeth gorman I dont know her,am not married to her,have no idea who she is, but they keep calling.

I been getting calls from this number on my cellphone for the last 2months everyday, several times day...sometimes phone ring once only..if answered no one is there. Name of company Mscb...debt collector...website...http://www.mscbonline.com/....B.B.B. has more info.

They have been calling a couple times a week for the last few months. Usually when my answering machine comes on, the call does not complete. But just now, I did get a message to record. Says this call is from Mr. David and is not trying to sell me anything. Is calling because we have personal business that already exists with you.(This is not true ... never heard of the company before). Since I do not pickup, it then leaves a 1-800-748-3074 call-back number. Says to use this reference number but does not leave one.

What hospital and what city in Arkansas ????

This number calls my phone at least once a day sometimes more, including weekends.  Never leaves a message, and if you answer there is no one there.

I get this call all the time also, it is very annoying! There is never anyone on the line when I do answer it.  I just sent an email to the website listed about, if it is from them I hope they will fix this!

They call at least once a week. It's an automated service and asks if you are (this person) and to please press 1 for yes and 2 for no. I pressed 2 for no and got disconnected. I called the # back because I knew of the person they were trying to get in touch with. They told me that they couldn't discuss this matter with me because it was a personal matter. They did take the time to tell me that they were MSCB. How they got my # and how they knew my friend is still a mystery. Only the # appears on my phone.

I keep getting calls from these people. I have punched 2 I don't know how many times because I don't know the woman they ask about. I still keep getting the calls. The phone number obviously belonged to her in the past because it is a cell phone. I just want these idiots to stop calling me because it is a work number. I don't owe anybody any past due bills and these knuckleheads don't get it. Traced the number back to MSCB

Calls a lot when I answer no one will reply they call all hours an even on Sunday .............. please stop

They have been calling for 2 years, never leave a message and if I respond and tell them I am not the person they are searching for they still call.  I am on the "Do Not Call" list.

I've been researching (wanted to know who was calling) and it looks as if collection agencies are required by law to stop calling if you write them a letter.  Of course, MSCB's website (www.mscbonline.com/about) doesn't list their address, and I can't find it.  The Better Business Bureau won't do anything without the address either.  I'm wondering if this is technically harassment, calling every day and not identifying who they are.  I certainly wasn't going to call a long-distance number without knowing who it was.

This is probably about an emergency room bill I couldn't pay because I'm disabled and under the poverty limit.  When I asked the hospital, which writes off some bills for people who can't pay, they turned me over to the collection agency and THEN sent me the paperwork for getting the bills written off.

It sure is annoying, but I guess I'll just have to live with it.  If you could use a good laugh, take a look at their website.  Be sure not to miss the part about how they treat "consumers" with dignity.
