Please file complaints with the do not call agency, the more complaints they get, the more action they'll take and fines they can impose. It said something about credit card services and my account, so be carefully, because they were not my credit card company.

I received call from above # also, I only searched because WI published warnings last week.
Nov 1, I got a similar call "lower your interest rate"  with 989 area code.
Also ALL our numbers are on do not call registry.

My phone company said these are scammers phishing for information as they offer to lower your interest rate.  They are not legitimate companies, so they don't care about the do-not-call registry.  Basically they are criminals who are either in jail, or should be!  I also reported this number to local authorities and the Federal Trade Commission as advised by my phone company.  They will slip away before the do not call agencies can do anything about them, but the feds take these calls very seriously with a real, live person.

Call came in to our home phone this afternoon at about 1:30.  Caller left no msg on my a/m.  We are on state and federal DNC lists, fwiw!

They must be hitting Madison today.  I just got a call from this number.  No message.

Another call in Madison, WI.  No message, an dcaller ID is obviously spoofed as some of my normally-reliable devices did not detect any Caller ID at all.

Got a call from this number in Madison, WI today

I keep getting calls from this number.  Please stop them from calling.  I am also on the do not call list.  This is getting quite annoying.
