wants to give me a free home security system in exchange for putting a sign outside; i think it's a sophisticated voice response system that recognizes "hello", "yes", "no", "fine, thank you", etc.  Ask it next time if this is a real person and see what it does.

These are nuisance calls trying to get a rise out of you. If they cannot identify themselves on caller i.d. then ignore them. I know I don't owe anyone or group. These are parasitic callers trying to make as easy a living as possible.  Remember to support Planned Parenthood it is obviously more important than ever.

They are a Fraud i reported the Number to the FBI because , on the Recording is say's according to the FBI the Crime rate in my Area is ,,blah blah blah, so when i sent this message , i stated that they was using The FBI  and so  called Information,Statistic's  and using that to get people to sign up for a " what i think " is Fraudulent Security system.

They keep calling. I don't answer.

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.
Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The first thing to do is to get a call blocker device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

If you cannot afford or use such a tool, then:
* Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service
* Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.
* If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scammers" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group.

I keep getting calls from this number 6 times this week alone. I have my phone to reject calls from this number so it does not even ring. A few weeks ago I answered and told them to stop calling. Did not work.

Got calls from this number, no messages, since yesterday.   Location is Keansburg, NJ.  They called at: 12:36 pm, 2:02pm, 4:54 pm, 6:02 pm, all on  June 27th.  Today, June 28th, got a call at 10:56 am, took it, and to the silence at the other end, I replied:   Cease and desist!   So frustrating..

Home Protection is on caller ID. Did  not answer. Obviously they do not know I already have this in Florida. Obviously selling a security system.

That information they are providing is public record actually, so it may be factual.

They are a home security provider offering free systems in exchange for "free advertising" by putting their sign on your front lawn.  It actually may be legitimate, but with all of the security companies out there these days offering free systems, why on earth would you choose this path, without doing your research first.

The number is  from a Security System program wanting you to purchase a security system.

I get a call from this number multiple times a month. never an answer just silence then a dead line. call back and get all our operators are busy..every time no matter when i call back to cuss them out!

Keep getting calls several times a week. Never answer. If I don't know the number, I don't pick up!
