The Caller ID simply reads Newark NJ with the number 1-732-218-3627. Automated call offering a lower credit card rate only if you have over $2500 in credit card debt. I pressed 1 so I could be removed from the call list and talk to a "representative." I immediately ask the rep to remove my number from the call list. He asked me FOUR times about my credit card debt and all I responded was with my request to be removed. Finally, he said "no problem." There was silence. I asked him if he was removing my number and he said "but of course."

Got a call from an automated dialler saying that i had won a trip to Fla etc worth more thasn 2 grand for only 325.00 if i call right back....not likely

732-218-3627 showed on my id caller at 5:30 pm today but did not pick phone up so just wonder whose this phone number come from? Scam??

Just got a call from this number 732-218-3627. Looooooooog Winded Automated insurance telemarketer recording with options of how to speak to a rep. "1" was for a rep, "2" was to stop calling, I selected "1" to tell them in person to stop calling me, when I told him to take me off his list, the jerk rudely said I should have pressed "2" then, and hung-up on me....   no surprise there... , I was asking nicely, you reap what you sew.

This number showed up in caller ID.  Caller said a family member who just passed away had a $600 debt and wanted payment.   No specific details about the loan were provided. Ignored these type of calls.

Received a message today from 732-218-3627 (Adirect Service was on the caller id).  The message was for a non-profit that helps consolidate debts.  Asked me to have all my credit card balances ready when i called them back.  I did not call back.  They gave the following number as a call-back 800-321-8451.

Number showed on caller ID without other data - picked up, silence on the other end, hung up.

Called Oct.24, no message so we aren't sure what the call was regarding.

I see this phone number on my caler ID with name :Newark. At 8:30AM today.
I call back from my Internet phone and know that they are just scam, offer loan, stupid business. Why no one sue them?

got the call about 2pm on 4/29. They did not leave a message.

The worse this economy gets, the worse the unwanted telephonecalls are going to get guys.  That's why I'm keeping MY caller ID. If i do not recognize the number, I do not answer.

said they were selling satellite receivers
told them cold calling was illegal with Federally registered numbers, and then they hung up on me

got a call from this number on 6/9/08, about 1pm, when answered - got a hang up.
