Received call telling me that I must contact this guy Fadim White or have my attorney contact him as this is time sensitive.  If I don't return the call all he can do is wish me luck.  

I am meeting with my attorney tomorrow to see what I can do.  I need these calls stopped.

Me too, I asked how did they get this number they were rude and hung up so I called back, the guy sounded as if he was from india. They kept hanging up on me and then told me I need to learn how to speak to people. They wanted me to confirm my last for ss# but I refused and just hung up.

I'm sure your attorney will tell you it's a scam, too.

May I recommend the air horn/metal whistle cure?  You'll feel better, that's for sure, and they'll have to wait at least a minute before they call another mark.  Good luck.

3/23/12  They Called Me & said it was about a loan.The man said he was putting a Attorney on the phone the socalled Attorney said there was a lawsuit  agenst me and I flipped out and said that I was really getting sick of 5 different phones call's & numbers about 1loan he told me to listing I told him to listing to me I told him I was scammed I time I was not going to be scammed agen & told him I was going to have the police call them & they could tell them what they whant whith me then I hung up

I just recieved a call from # 732-230-4253 telling me that they were calling me in regards to a loan and they were going to sue me and get the sherriff on me and inform my employer if i do not send them 200$ today by 2pm and a remainder 384.00 by this friday March the 30th. They assured me I would be going to court and jail too..What do I do I am a professional and cannot have stuff like this be popping up especially to my employer, That will definately cause me my job. they want me to go to the nearest Wal-Mart and buy a Moneypak to send them the money or the Sheriff will be at my place of work to arrest me....Please help.

I just got the same call exactly.  I don't have that money right this minute, and I am leary about sending them any money.  I don't know what to do either

Is there anyone we can call to find out whats really going on? I am really freaking out here. Do you have any online loans, they told me they couldnt give me any info because they were getting pd by the other co. not me.

yes I did, but I was sure it was paid off!  That's why I don't understand this call.  I told the guy I paid it off, he said no I hadn't said NSF for amount trying to be taken, so I am calling my bank to make sure, but my statement says they took it.  I am not going to walmart to send anything until I am sure.  And I don't have 400.00 right this second either.  Did he tell you that you needed to go today?

yes that is the number that called me, said call him back at same number ext 102 when I get to Walmart

Yes he did, he stated I had to send 200$ and that I have to send the rest of it on Friday the 30th the remainding balance of 384$ WHT...

Said his name was David Jones.

Told me his name was John Ryndon..ext 102

Honestly it sounds like a scam to me, but (what if) and its just a loan co. wanted to do harm. i know like you i have pd the ones I have gotten...And I have never recieved e-mails from anyone collecting money or notifying me of NSF's at my bank...

dont send them a penny they are a bunch of scammers

I take it you experienced this as well huh? I didnt think gettin help through an online loan would cause soooo much grief in the long run, My god this is quite an experience. i am going to pay my loan off and thats it i am done, threw with all this online stuff.
