Received unsolicited call.  Number has been hacked from other reports.

Left a message that they were from Blue Cross Blue Sheild wanting to discuss my health benefits! Assuming it’s a scam!

Called twice since last week, also wanting to discuss my health benefits.  Calls while I'm at work and I don't answer because I don't know the number.  I have a benefits rep at work that I can ask questions to whenever I need it.  Sounds like a scam, and i certainly don't need more medical expenses on top of what I already incur.

Was Horizon BCBS of NJ calling me to give update on a health insurance claim that I had called about prior.

Called several times over the past two days, but when I pick up and say hello, no response.

Scam. Called Horizon Blue Cross directly at their 800 to ask about this number. They said it is NOT a Horizon Blue Cross number. Probably a slimy collections trick.

It is a valid number from Blue Cross Blue Shield. A woman got back to me regarding extending my telehealth services under my insurance plan.

Called BCBS and left number to have them call me back. Wait time said 28 minutes. I got this call back within 3 minutes. No one responded - just silence when I picked up

This number called me as well.  If it is indeed BCBS as others state, I am puzzled as I do not have BCBS.

Same here, I left my number with HBCBS for call back, but silence when I answer. I don’t think it’s a scam too many of us with same issue-> requesting call back. I think there phone system is wonky

I receive these calls too constantly. Sounds like a scam to sell unnecessary services to Horizon members.

I had issues with Horizon BCBS that took days to resolve and this is the number they called me back on, not a scam caller.

It isn't a scam. It is usually someone from case management and due to a certain dollar amount of claims, they will have case management reach out to you to see if they can assist with claims, health outcomes, benefits and to actually decrease the amount of medical bills you may have. It is a free service that employers can select when they are negotiating member benefits with BCBS. I have used them under my plan and when used correctly they are a life saver!
