- Caller: esker
- Call type: Telemarketer
- anonymousInfinigent was on the caller ID. Sounded like one of the many cold calls i get per day for sales, scams, and surveys. This one may be a scam, i would avoid. Another rude indian accented dbag trying to sell something.
- Caller: Infinigent

- AA| 1 replyLady with foreign calls and says she is with Adobe and wants to talk about getting information to us about White Paper??? SCAM. I have blocked the number. I would suggest you all do the same.
- "This is not a sales call" - Nice Try| 2 replies"Michael" claimed and insisted he was IBM then corrected himself as calling on -behalf- of IBM but would not clarify further except to insist it was not a solicitation or sale call. He then sped up his spiel so fast I could barely understand him with his thick accent. Ending with that they are a marketing firm and would like to provide the party he was targeting with product information and pricing. (????)
Define "This is not a sales call"- Caller: "Behalf of IBM"
- Call type: Telemarketer
- This is not a sales call again replies to "This is not a sales call" - Nice TryMichael called again only this time was "not selling services" for ARCServe a data back-up and recovery service group who only provides services in lieu of payments rendered.
- Office ManagerRepeatedly calls even though they have been asked to remove us from the call list. I tell them that and the caller states he has never called me before. I say I don't care. Someone from this company has called here before and I have asked to be removed. Then caller states that several companies use this number. I tell him I don't care. I want them to stop calling. Caller says this is not a sales call. They have a whitepaper for one of our IT guys. I tell him that a whitepaper is a sales and marketing tool used to provide information about services, etc. so therefore it is a sales call. Caller does not like this and tries to continue arguing with me about the call. I interrupt and tell him I don't care about any of that. I just want them to stop calling here several times a day. He eventually hangs up on me.
- Caller: INFINIGENT SERV
- Call type: Telemarketer
- ReceptionistI get these calls every single day from the same individual same phone number asking for the same employee name. I usually transfer the call to the IT voicemail. But today, I told the rep that the person he was asking for doesnt even work in our office. I also asked him to stop calling and to remove us from their calling list. The person on the phone didnt like that very much and was like "ok, fine" and he hung up. Super annoying!
- Caller: Infinigent Serv
- Call type: Telemarketer
- KelliePerson with foreign accent asked for someone who does not work for our company, when I told them we didn't have an employee by that name, the caller asked for an alternate number for the person. Wow!
- Caller: Infinigent
- Jack replies to "This is not a sales call" - Nice TryI actually just went thru pretty much the same thing. I told him stop calling and he told me that I was on a recorded line(this was supposed to make me afraid to question him calling EVERYDAY). He stated that "this is not a sales call" before I even said that it was a sales call. I told him we are not interested and he told me that's not my decision to make and then hung up.
- BDIThis number calls multiple times on a daily basis. Today, the woman on the line (I could barely hear her over the other solicitors calling the same room in the background) called asking for our former CFO and for his e-mail address and other information to send us products/services that we are not interested in. I just placed her on hold, not too long afterwards, she hung up.
- Caller: No clue / Solicitors
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Weary OperatorWoman with accent asked to speak with a particular manager prior to emailing her a white paper. I told her that discussing white papers over the phone and emailing them was against company policy. Next, she wanted me to take a message, but I said that wouldn't work, either; the manager wouldn't return her call and the information must be sent via standard mail. Then she repeated her request for the email address, I answered PO box only, and we went a few more rounds before she hung up (I was shouting by conversation's end). SInce the full moon of June 2, I've had several experiences with telemar-keters that were comparable to boxing matches.
- Caller: Could not understand

- Gate Keeper replies to AAUnfortunately I can't block this person....gggrrrrr...I get pretty hateful with her and she calls everyday even though I tell her every time she will never ever talk to the person she is trying to call hahaha!!!!
- ReceptionI had three calls from the exact same number approximately 7 minutes apart, calling on behalf of Marketo, Infinigent, and IBM respectively. All three reps. asking for different parties. None of whom were involved with the processes.
When they informed me they would email the information, I found myself having to get above their spiel so I could inform them that no emails will be forwarded without permission.
It goes against company policy to receive either calls or emails regarding whitepapers, research, soliciting services, etc... And would they kindly remove all company information from their entire database.
If you want to get your information to us, please follow company procedure and forward standard mail to the corp. mailing address.- Caller: Call Center Multi Taskers
- Call type: Telemarketer
- AnnoyedThis number calls 2-3 times per week. I say no thank you and hang up half the time, and other times ask to be taken off the list - apparently that didn't work
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Another ReceptionistCaller claimed to be from IBM and wanting to speak to a party not involved in any decision making regarding IT services or products.
Our company has a very specific policy regarding submitting written vendor requests to our corporate mailing address. However, the caller was so intent on by passing me that I had to remind her that I was not obligated to forward calls to our company personnel from parties not wanting to acknowledge, or respect, our company's policies.
Ended the conversation by asking them to remove all our company's information from their data base. We'll see.- Caller: Falsifying their Identity(?)

- N/A732-412-1255 Infinigent Serv appeared on the phone screen. Caller repeatedly called said he represented HP. He ignored what I was telling him. He kept asking for information (like executive titles, etc.) which is not to be disclosed to cold callers. I finally told him, he wasn't listening to anything I was telling him and asked that he please send the white paper since he already had the email address. His response, "Shut your mouth."
- Caller: Infinigent Serv
- Operator at EssilorThis shows Infinigent Services as the caller. They call all the time for our IT dept wanting to give them a "white paper" They claim they are not a call center. Baloney. We will be blocking their #. I asked them to remove us from their call list but they don't comply.
- Caller: Infinigent Services
- Call type: Telemarketer
- ReceptionThey started calling us earlier this week, but it really ramped up today, with at least ten calls that I'm aware of personally. There are different callers using the same number, each saying that they're with a different company, and each calling for a different person. The one I've talked to at least five times says he's from a company called Net Suite, and he's always trying to reach our Controller. He says his name is Derek, but his thick Indian accent leads me to believe otherwise. In the background you can hear the buzz of a call center, and he mutes himself when he's not talking. Obviously someone trying to solicit us.
Typically I send solicitors to voicemail and we ignore them, but with how aggressive they've been today I've had to get into some verbal sparring matches. They claim that it's not a sales call, what's the point of a business talking to another business if there's no money involved? These guys obviously aren't paid to take No for an answer. Just block them and move on, if you can.- Caller: Net Suite
