This is annoying. They call constantly making me turn off my cell phone because of the volume of calls I am getting. When I call back I am getting "all circuits are busy". Nice!
I got a call from this number today morning, I did not pick it up and usually I do not pick up a call from any unknown number. I let them kick a voicemail, if not then I google them out and if anything seems legitimate I call them back.
All the information that Victoria gave on this blog is very helpful. Thank You for your info. Here is something I want to share with all of you:
"This is a telemarketing technique where a machine makes phone calls and records the time of day when a person answers the phone.
This technique is used to determine the best time of day for a "real" sales person to call back and get someone at home.
What you can do after answering, if you notice there is no one there, is to immediately start hitting your # button on the phone, 6 or 7 times, as quickly as possible This confuses the machine that dialed the call and it kicks your number out of their system. Gosh, what a shame not to have your name in their system any longer !!! "
Call 732-225-6190, and hit zero (the other mailboxes are all full). Leave a message with your number for Dave the IT guy to get your number off their auto-dialer.
Every day for the past two weeks I get a call from732-491-2094. No one is on the other line. If I don't pick up, no one leaves a message. When I call the number i get a recording that my call cannot go through or a busy signal.
I'd like for this number to stop calling my phone it has become an irritation to me rather than someone making a mistake..If you could help with this situation it would be much appriciated.. thank you
This number is from American Income Life or something to that effect. Call them back at 732-225-6190 (I got this from another person bothered by the number too) and press on the first menu, and pick the EDISO office on the second menu. When you get customer service tell them you want your number taked off the autodialer. Tell them you will file a law suit if they don't. It worked for me so far. I also left a message when no one would pick up and told whoever will hear it that I'm a phone call away from filinf a police report against them. Tell them you never get a live person when they call and you can also file a complaint against the number at 1888-383-1222. I also found out this an AT&T number. Call and complain. The more you are pissed the more likely those bastards will stop calling your phone. Victoria
Thank you we keep getting these call which started this week. Left a message as can you believe it the customer service rep is on vacation until next wednesday. Geez this must be a rinky dinky operation that is a pain in the a**
thank you for posting this message I did just what you said and I found out that they get our numbers from resume that are posted. I told them to take me off the calling list and hopefully it will work. thanks again.
Victora - Your Amazing thank you. I don't know how you found that out but I called the 732-225-6190 number and spoke to Customer Service - I said I am filing a lawsuit - the lady was actually really nice and said she would speak to Bob in IT to get my name removed from the auto dialer - we'll see if this works but it sounded promising...(it was American Income Life and they do get the number from your resume)
Thank you so much for the info Victoria. This number was calling me EVERY morning at 9am for the past 2 weeks and there was no voice. I was getting so frustrated and thought someone was prank calling me till I decided to google the number and found this website with your information. Good Job!!
