This number is associated with fraudulent activity.  They will tell you they are with the IRS and threaten to have you arrested if you tell anybody about the call and if you refuse to go to a store, like walmart, to buy them gift cards.  Once you give them the info for the gift card, they transfer the funds out and you are out the money.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION AND DO NOT DO AS THEY ASK YOU TO DO.
