Yes I just received the call! What make it so bad, they had all of my information!  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION!!!!!

I am received a call from them today as well.  I called back from a blocked number and when I said I was an attorny representing a client he said he couldnt talk to me because I had a private number.  Do not give them any info.

I received a call from them today. They told me that my attorney or myself needed to call them back asap. Because my name and social sec number was in bad jeopardy. I looked up the name of the company and they have tons of compliants from people. It's a SCAM!!

He says his name is Charles White. He has now started calling my work!

They have been calling me all day at my work threatening me.  I have told them I am aware that they are a scam and they continue to threaten me.

The same person "Charles White" called me today with all my information stating that he was from the legal department ( to what I don't know)  When I called back James answered the phone and said he was an assistant to "charles white" (sounded just like the guy who left me the voicemail) worst part is they have called in the past identifiying themselves as "FBI" and have used several different names. I't s all a scam!!! the first time they began calling me I filed a police report an when the officer was taking the report he actually called again, the officer identified himself as LAPD and the guy hang up.
Whatever you do, don't believe them!!! it's a SCAM

They have been tieing the phones up at my work all day also I called the attorney generals office to get it to stop maybe u should try it also and so did my job hopefully it helps

I have received a call from  the number they left me a message saying  that the are suing  me for a heyday advance that i haven't  received. They informed  me that they are going to take me to court. I  don't know if they are real but i can prove that i have never got any money from the company they clam to represent .

They also called me and mentioned a lawsuit, but his accent was so thick I couldn't understand half of what he said. He said I needed to call him back and give him my Social Security Number. I don't think so.

They just call me ...  also mentioning a lawsuit.   won't give you any information. threatning to talk with my supervisors.  yes also they had all my information..   Charles White is his name.  this is so distrubing..

I work at the sheriff's office this idot keeps calling. I cussed them for a while they stopped now they keep calling

I just received a message from "Charles Whittaker" that's a new name...they are calling my work and my cell and my home numbers! This is a deffinate scam! They are turning me over to the city and county of California!
