Some Stephanie person keeps calling wanting to check the employment of a Frank Courtney. When I tell her she has wrong information and I have never known a Frank she gets all huffy and starts screaming at me.  How do these people sleep at night? It’s just wrong that we cannot stop these terrorists! AND THAT IS JUST WHAT THEY ARE!!!!!!!! Same on you!

She called my office as well to check employment and when she was told that we do not verify employment on ANYONE without written consent she got really really mad!!!  There is too much Identity theft these days to go giving out employment information!!!!!  she needs to back off as she will NEVER get any information out of anyone here!!

When I pick up the phone i am immediately told that the call is being recorded and that my identity must be confirmed.  I'm asked if the last 4-digits of my phone number are XXXX (not mine).  At that point I hung up, but I got another call a week or so later,  this time trying to confirm a bogus birthdate.  I told them to stop calling, take me off the list, etc., not realizing that they could be trying to collect a debt from someone with my nameas I've seen reported on sites such as this one- either way like others say on these posts, there is no way I'm going to provide my personal information to someone over the phone...

Frequent calls without any messages

I get a call from this number frequently but they hang uo without saying anything. Of course I am answering "XXXXXXXX Security main office supervisor XXXXX XXXXXX" which may have something to do with why they hang up so quickly.

Same as the rest. These people called My office trying to get Me to confirm My last 4 of my social security number. when I told them I wouldn't confirm anything over the phone without a letter with their letterhead, they got all huffy with me. I hung up. The called right back and tried to get our secretary to confirm my information. she hung up on them. they called back 5 times until I told them I worked in an office building with lawyers and I would be talking with the attorneys about the harrassment. somehow they got my cell number. they never leave a voice message.

Thank you to those who posted. I was working when the call came and  couldn't answer. Now I won't bother to answer.

It is a credit recovery business. Beware.

Same as everyone else here. Except in this case they call me asking me to confirm a bunch of information about my sister. They have called 12 times in the last 5 days. I can't get them to stop.... and it is my cell phone they are calling. It absolutely blows my mind how I can not tell them anything, repeatedly tell them to stop calling me, tell them I am not interested, I am gonna press a lawsuit, literally BEG them to stop calling me, and they just keep calling.

I am now willing to spend the rest of my life in jail if I am allowed to execute the person responsible for this company's policies.

If they do not have your consent to call your cell phone (and it does not matter WHO it is), you can sue them for violations of the TCPA Act. Let them know this the next time they call.
