Pretty sure it is from a fraudulent "collections" agency in New Jersey. These guys have been calling me constantly, claiming they are collecting on a credit card debt I paid off years ago. They first called (about 3 times a day) from a bunch of 1877 numbers, leaving only a vague message about it concerning an important matter + to call back a "mr Lynch." When I called back and finally got a person (most of the time it either hung up on me or went direct to voicemail,w/ no explination of the company or whom I was supposed to leave a message for) I got a guy who said his name is Mr Bona. He proceeded to scream at me and tell me I owed his collections agency money and he was going to keep calling everyday until he got it. Since I contested this, now I get calls from his local NJ number, though it comes up on my cell as +7 (3280) 72-04-8. Again, leaves no message. These people are unbelivable w/ the lengths they go to to steal $ from others! They are driving me crazy!

Some arabic sounding guy called to talk to someone that doesnt live with me anymore, and when I went to get pen and paper her just hung up.  I heard a bunch of noise in the background as if it were a busy call center or, maybe even a rowdy resturant! He didn't leave a name or a company name... people need to get real jobs.

I have been receiving the same calls.  They barely speak English and they said they are from New Jersey.  I asked them to mail me information on what I owed and they said they already mailed something and would not mail it again.  They also indicated when they had received partial payment and it did not match with any of my bank statements.  I thought i was going crazy!

have talked to them a few times, requesting them to mail me info. same thing. they say they have mailed it a few times and can't do it anymore. I was asking them why they all had generic american names and pakastani/indian acccents and they told me that are their real names. They never told me they were calling to collect a debt, so i had to remind them that is against the Fair collections act. Once I told them that they read it as quick as they could. Anyway, was actually trying to ask the "supervisor" franklin how reputable the company is, and as he was telling me about the website, everyone in the backgraound started to cheer/clap. I was furious, and when I asked him if it was because they jus got someone to pay thier bill, he said, "actually yes." No way I would do any business over the phone with them.

They've been calling me left and right as well. No voicemails. But on my cell phone it shows up as +91 732-807-2048. I tried to call it back, and my cell phone gave a message that I didn't have the authorization to make that call out of country. I looked up the 91 and its the country code for India. Creeps. I'm a college kid. The only debt I have are my student loans!

I keep getting calls from this number, but is displayed as +7(3280)72-04-8..
I have not bothered to answer the phone, for fear that I may be charged some ridiculous charges from some overseas scam artist.
After reading the above posted comments, it appears the number may not be an overseas number, after all.  Is there a way to block calls from this number?

Ya this yankee sounding jerk called me from this # and I tried to ask him what he was calling about he began to yell at me and proceeded to tell me that if I didn't pay him now over the phone with my credit card he was going to contact a lawyer. I asked him the lawyers name and it took him a min to think of the name of the lawyer. When he told me b4 I could say anything he started yelling at me again. I just hung up on him and googled the lawyers name and could not find anything by that name. These guys are complete scam artist. I actually seen something about this on primetime live. People buy our account info and try to scam us out of money

These calls are a total scam!
First, contact the FCC and file a complaint.
    https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/1088gform.do
This is a legitimate site.  You will receive a printed copy back from the FCC in the mail about 3 to 5 days later.
Collect about 10 of these from the FCC and contact your states Attorney General's office.
More than likely they'll tell you that they don't have the power to pursue "out of state" violators.
Ask them to put that in writing, remind them that you are a registered voter and that you do indeed vote.
Next contact the National Attorney General's office and ask to file a complaint.
Make certain that you tell them you have exhausted your local resources and indicate what your local AG deputy told you.
They may allow you to fax the information but you'll probably have to snail mail it.  Only half the time I'm allowed to fax my complaints.
Be advised that the FCC bans electronic mass calls to cell phones.  These people are in violation of the law.
Fill out the FCC form completely and honestly.  It only takes a few minutes.

    Next I do this:
Create a "Contact" named "Idiots" (your name may very depending on how badly they upset you). Add these numbers to that contact name and then select "No Ring" and make sure that "Vibrate" is also turned off.
Turn off your missed call tone as well.
You can stack many numbers under the same contact such as "Mobile 1", "Mobile 2" "Home" etc.
Works for me and when they don't talk to a live person after a week or so they'll quit trying.

At my leisure I'll review these numbers and then file a "separate" complaint against each one of these callers.
The last thing that you want to do is to answer and speak to them because your number gets elevated to a "Live Que" and then the fun really begins.

This may seem like a lot of work but if the AG gets enough complaints they will act to shut these clowns down.

One last bit of fun that the whole family can join in on is this:
In the case of an 800 or 877 caller contact your friends that work in IT (Information Technology), believe it or not there are still servers out there with phone modems.  My organization has over 60 still.
Have your IT friends write a batch file to start Hyper Terminal and auto dial these 800 numbers.  Make sure they install a couple of pauses after the server dials the number.  Then disconnect and redial again.
S/B able to get 2 or 3 calls a minute in.  So as to not interfere with real dial up business to these servers have them schedule the batch file to run after normal business hours.
These 800 and 877 clowns have to pay for every call they receive, so lets put them in the poor house.  1440 minutes a day x 3 calls per minute (4320) x 60 servers = 259,200 calls per day if the servers call 24-7.
    It's the least they deserve.

Goddamn losers call me 3 times a day as well. After I received a call today I texted them to "Stop F--kin callin me" and since my carrier warns me if it's indeed a land-line, and I didn't get that warning-- It can only be gathered that these punks are using cellphones of some sort.
