I'm trying to make a difference. When I get calls which are illegal, I track down the sources, then file lawsuits. I've collected thousands of dollars. At least one guy has collected over $100,000.

YOU SHOULD TRY IT, TOO!

Don't just whine on a place like this, then do nothing.

Complain to the FCC and FTC. To your state's Attorney General. And, to your elected representatives, telling them to close the loopholes, to put statutory damages in all of the laws, and to remove the minimum amount provision from the Telemarketing Sales Rule -- in other words, give you the power to protect yourself from every unwanted call, regardless of the source.

When clear information about the source of the calls is available, file suit in small claims court. If everybody would do that, the ILLEGAL calls would dry up overnight. If the calls are legal, I may not like 'em, but I don't sue the sources.

The Caller ID this company uses suggests that it's not a typical telemarketing call. However, even non-profits and survey companies are required to do certain things and not do other things, when they call people. This call was illegal, in several ways.

If more people would file complaints with governmental agencies and local small claims courts, there would be fewer illegal calls.

Looks like Difference and I are the only two who have received a call from this number.....  Aren't we lucky?

In the past month I have received 5 or 6 calls a week from this number. As the caller ID gives the caller as  Diabetes Survey,  I do not answer it.  If they call back, I may answer it just to see if they will quite calling.

They have called at least once a day for the past four days.  I never have a chance to answer it before they disconnect.  Just a nusiance

This "diabetes survey" is using at least 2 numbers: 732-941-0198 and 661-208-3140.
The first thing they want to know is whether anyone in my family has diabetes.  First of all, it is none of their business.  Several weeks ago, I actualy started taking their survey untill they started wanting credit card info and other personal info.  They appear to be phishing

They gave me Diabetes Survey's email to write and complain which is omegadnc@gmail.com

They use the name Diabetes Survey but have nothing to do with The American Diabetic Association.
Numerous complaints have been filed against this illegal group of scammers. To file a complaint also with The American Diabetic Association their number is 1800-diabetes
Take time out of your day to complain because the more complaints filed against this scammer, the better chance of them getting charged with fraud and going to jail. Please report them as we have a better chance of prosecuting a scam in bigger numbers than we do if only a few report it.

Got a call (at 08:30) from these scum bags (i.e "Diabetes Survey.") I just noticed they have a San Diego connection. I think I will pay them a personal visit.
