No message left

No message left...called back to get an automated voicemail.

Just scammers --it seems that from India-- who pretend to collect past due fees for a gym. I do no even have such membership; they are just phishing for info to scam.

This number calls me at least 3 times daily. When i answer, they dont say anything. they have left a couple of voicemails mentioning something about a past due balance for a gym that i have never heard of. It is driving me crazy. I wish I could do something to get them in trouble!

They called asking for a relative saying I was on the emergency contact list and needed to speak with that relative. Spoke with Indian like accent.

Called, left no message.

Called my daughter asking to speak to me.  They said it was an emergency.  They needed my number.  Spoke with an Indian like accent.  

No message.

Could be calling for Gold"s Gym. JUST going by other complaints on here that say it's a GYM.
Caller ID says Point Plains NJ, or they put some wild letters and numbers in.
They call 5-8 times a day for the last 2 months never leaving a message on my message machine which picks up every time......which I have returned their letters demanding payment monthly for 5 months now. I don't pay it for manager TERMINATED my membership and my sons was cancelled in March of 2014 and now its a few days til September...When does it become HARASSMENT???????????

They called like 8 times and never left messages even though they marked as urgent. They asked to verify my home address for security purposes and I refused. This guy with an Indian accent mentioned I'd be breaking the law

Never been a member of Gold gym, I get the call all the time and I live in North Jersey, while the call comes from south. They call two-three times a day drives me crazy

Not too sure if it's real or not.. was going to pay them my past due membership ... it seemed legit since they knew the last time I was enrolled at golds. They are Indian and the same two men call me

Information easily obtained.  What better way to scam someone than to have just enough information on convince you that it is real.  Fortunately for you, the law specifies what they must now do:

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Just got a call from these people - couldn't make out where the caller said they were calling from, he just repeatedly asked if I was "the homeowner". Super vague so I hung up!

Did not speak English...Just another nut...blocked call..

Called and asked for a relative. Demanded to know when they could speak with them and when i wasn't forth coming with information he hung up. SCAM

Caller ID says it is First Credit Services. No message left.  I assume it is a collection company as so many others have said it is who they are.

Reading the comments above, the Indians have outsourced their scam to Amanda with a deep southern accent. She identified herself and then said she has "good news". They she started talking about a great opportunity for me. The moment the word opportunity is mentioned, it's a scam. I hung up and will block the number.
