Carla - 19 Aug 2008Calls incessantly on a daily basis regarding credit card interest rate reduction. Calling me every few minutes this afternoon for a total of 5 calls so far (they're still calling as I type.)When I told them I was going to report them for harassment, they asked if I was threatening them. Very rude and childish.

wiser - 11 Sep 2008Took a job with them for about 3 days, they are brutal. They DO NOT take people off the list when they ask out. That is one of the reasons I quit. There auto dialer offers you the chance to get removed from the list but that doesn't work either. God help you if one of the reps puts your number in their computer system because they will have people calling you constantly. On the plus side if you are drowning in credit card debt there program actually does work....
