It's a collection agency.

This number is calling my cell phone but not leaving any message.  I do not answer any calls that I don't recognize the number so they are wasting their time.  Now it would be a mystery to me if it were a collection agency as we do not owe anyone anything.  Very strange.

collection agency...same as others,pay up! It helps when paying up to have a job.

Collection agency for Capital One credit card. They asked for an employee no longer here. I told them he was in Clinton Federal Correctional Facility at Dannemora, NY.

Maybe they'll quit calling.

received call from 7329834740.  Don't recognize number - didn't answer.

Got a call from them today....it was not a collection agency. It was a telemarketer trying to get us to apply for an unsecured business loan.

Missed call, Called back, bad number. Operator voice mail "check number and dial again"

The same with me. They tried very hard to get a fax number or email adress. I told them I didnt have either.

This is Dept Department looking For a Damemko. They have been calling since I have had the new phone hooked up. This guy most owe some money, cause they been calling off and on for over a year.

I get collection calls for the previous owner of my cell number CONSTANTLY.  This particular place calls us in rapid succession.  I'm looking back and seeing FIVE calls from them (3 on the same day) in my last 10 missed calls.  That's just the missed ones- not counting the ones that I pick up and they hang up on me!  UGH!

I don't think its Capital One. I have capital one and I don't owe them any money and they are calling me! I also noticed as I was setting up a new computer and a laptop almost immediatley after putting them on line the phone rang with that number! very strange, enough so that took time look for it here.

Received repeated calls from 732-983-4740. The caller on the other end said he was representing RMCB (Retrieval Master Creditors Bureau), a collection agency and calling from India. He would not provide any additional information other than it was a "financial matter". RMCB is listed as a debt collection agency. We don't owe anything and he would not provide any additional information. I have sent a certified letter to RMCB to cease all calls. They have called repeatedly on my home phone and cell phones.

That same number called my furniture store trying to sell something. My husband answered and told the guy we are not interested he called back on diffrent numbers i answered it and told him to stop calling we are not interested that it was getting to be harasment. That i was going to repor that number to be better business burea.

Called our office only to hang up the minute I said the greeting.

Called again, this time a heavily accented-english male voice asked for someone by name-- Melanie something, it was hard to understand. When told there was no one here by that name, the voice started just talking very quickly, so that I couldn't understand what was being said, so I just hung up.

I got a call today they would not tell me anything until I would verify my address. He said I will not continue this call until you verify your address. I refused until he could tell me what the call was about but he would not so I hung up on him and tried to call number back and it says sorry this is not a working number. I think this is a scam not a collection agency,

Recieved a call this evening.  I asked several times what they call was regarding, but they told me due to "privacy reasons" they could not disclose what the call was about until I verified my address.  Pretty sure it is a scam of some sort because I do have a medical bill that a collection agency has called about, but they always say up front that is the reason for their call.  I do not believe this number is a collection agency or they would tell me the same thing.  I too called it back and got a recording saying it was not a working number. Whenever I have called a real collection agency the number works and it is usually a toll free number.

I get a call from them at least twice a week. I refuse to answer. There are so many different answers to who this might be, I'm even more irritated about it.
