Stop calling!!! I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!

This is a message board for discussing spam and scam phone calls.  No one from here is calling you.

The Do Not Call List is not a call blocker.  It is a list of phone numbers where the owner does not want telemarketing calls and a law against making telemarketing calls to those numbers.  It does not apply to bill collectors, politicians, pollsters, or charities.  For a scammer its one more law to break.

I called them back.  Got an automated message saying if I want to be on a do not call list for the number that called me press 1.

"Jason" just called looking for my husband I asked him to identify himself and he immediately said he was worried my husband would lose his van due to nonpayment. I told the guy the van was not registered to my husband, has a flawless and verifiable payment record, and hung up on the guy. Clearly a scam artist.

Called  left no msg...

They call about extended car warranty

They called my Michigan cell phone and left no message.

After about 5 seconds a pleasant female voice says "goodbye", and it hangs up.

Called asking for Mr. Evens and wouldn't shut the hell up when I told the caller wrong number.

called at 740 pm didn't say anything at first then said goodby....hung up

I answered my phone, since it came from someone in my area code.  A women asked for a William Morgan.  I told her she had the wrong number.  She said thank you, & hung up.

Got a call from this number, asking for my daughter, said he was calling about her car....I believe he wanted to sell extended warranty on her car, told them we sold it and he hung up on me.  I hate these people.....

I received a call saying that my car warranty on the 09 Lincoln has expired. I don't even own a LINCOLN!

I did not answer.  They did not leave a message.  Caller ID said Temperance MI.
