"Amber" called conducting a phone interview about positions in Taylor, MI but would not describe the job duties when I repeatedly asked.  She wanted to set up an interview with a "hiring manager." I declined until I heard the job duties then she claimed that I didn't want to work with people although I told her that I had many years of customer service.  I just simply wanted to hear the job description and she just kept repeating that American Income Life Insurance works with over 30,000 union members. She was not straightforward and wanted me to answer questions but circumvented my questions.

This company found my resume online and are also sending me emails. I am not interested in sales.
