caller ID said PTC

Called twice. No message. Reaching out to a attorney General of Michigan.

Called ID said PTC, well I think it means Pocket The Cash. The woman on the phone was rude and overbearing.  Of course she was asking for a donation, for the fire dept.  I am in Grand Haven, and she is calling from the Detroit area.

Do NOT donate to anything over the phone. For one it could be just someone trying to get your credit card, then even if there a legit call center they only have to donate 4% to the charity.  The rest is going to the call centers boss.  Been a HUGE scam for a LONG time and they ALL need to be shut down.  If you want to donate, do it direct.

This so called call center for charity's makes a habit out of calling for every charity out there, breast cancer, fireman, children etc.  Meanwhile the CEO is pocketing millions by legally getting to keep 95% of what they collect.  I am disgusted that our government allows this activity to continue.

I don't know who this is; no one responded when I answered. I normally don't answer these types of calls. It said Michigan call on my ID-

Don't answer these calls. If it so happen I grab the phone without looking it charities from cancer, children to fire and on and on. Sad it's a recording so it doesn't matter what you say. I don't answer them no more and be more mindful to look at my caller ID.
