- BillGot a call today from this number heard a beep then they hung up.
- Chad Kister| 5 repliesI have gotten a few calls from this number. I get a beeping sound, then it hangs up. The government Nazis have been massively cyber attacking me to break in and rob me. The caller ID from the call lists SSI. They are clearly part of the gang stalking Satanists who keep breaking in to my first floor primary personal habitation in my house. They are so evil they even urinated in my beer.
- Caller: SSI
- Call type: Prank
- William Wonka replies to Chad Kister| 1 replyThey did the same thing to my can of Bud when I wasn't looking. It tastes just like piss water....
- Dave| 4 replies740-468-5549 (SSI) continues to call our home phone, beep and hang up. Call appears to be coming from Pleasantville, Ohio from a Verizon phone. Some research, to date, has shown this number to be a telemarketing robo-call. I am on the 'Do Not Call' list. So... what do we do next that hasn't already been done to stop these nuisance calls, and from them breaking the law, as well. Hello, anybody out there??????????????????? We sent men to the moon! Can we stop these lawless phone-perps from harassing and annoying ALL of us??? Where's the phone-SWAT-team when you need them? And, if this is just another Washington D.C./White House peeping-tom prank, well then... never mind; might as well forget it and learn to live with it. After all, what can you do against a loose canon with a 'pen and a phone'????
- Caller: SSI
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Tamianth replies to DaveThis is SSI Survey Sampling, a marketing research company. Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards. Some states have different laws in regards to the calls, which can differ from the federal.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or less. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

- PegThey call at least every other day. I don’t know how we can stop them. I will pick up and put right back down. That way they may be getting some kinda charge from it. If you have a hold button, pick up and put them on hold.
- Caller: Don’t know
- Financially Handicapped replies to DaveDave, BLOCK THEM! Or get a phone that can . . . . . . .
- Financially Handicapped| 1 replyThis is the first call I've received from this number; I answered the call because Caller ID said it was from SSI; I highly doubt that, two points. When I did answer, no one responded and do I really believe SSI is going to call me on Sunday? Not a chance. BLOCKED!
- BigA replies to Financially HandicappedAbsolutely SSI or Survey Sampling International (which you would have known had you read the other posts) would call on a Sunday. Now, if you are referring to the Social Security Administration (which would be SSA), then no. I am really surprised that people do not know the name of the government agency that will one day be handing them a check when they retire.
