Person identified as en employee of Citimortgage and wanted to confirm my home address and my social security number, and refused to provide reason to get such information.  She displayed a very unprofessional demeanor.

Yes, it's Citi. it's one of their locations/call centers.  specfically agents who are in collections and working with people behind on their payments.  or what they call their workable solutions department.

I have no debt with Citibank, got 2 calls from Citicard and now from this number, so if it is from them and legit why would they call me with no credit with them. Called Citibank and they said no record of them calling me and no reason for them to call???????????????? She also stated they would leave a message and NOT ask for your personal infor.

Received a call from this number , then they hung up when I answered.  What's up with that????

this number when you call back says citi... dial the number they give you its asks for your credit card info... we don't have a citicard

This number tried calling me 3 times in a row.  I'm at work.  Rejected calls.  Don't know who they are. Don't have a Citi account.  They never left a message.

called mid afternoon on a sat left a vmail with a 4# reference for someone I dont know. I have had my # for years

Just got a call.  I opened a card with Sears last weekend.  They were double checking making sure it was really me who opened the card.  CITI holds Sears credit i believe.

multiple calls,can hear typing in background,but no one speaks

Left message about someone trying to take out a card in my name but I was unable to replay the voicemail that contained all of the necessary information.

Received a call from this number to confirm recent activity on my Macy's AMEX card.  Te call was legit, since I just ordered some car parts from out of the country.  This must be a call center used by multiple creditors for their various collections and fraud detection activities.
