747-220-3205 = caller id = Agoura Hills CA = call center = this time for reduced credit card rates = FANTASTIC = just what I need, oh wait, no I don't, I pay it off, in full,  each and every month, oh wait, the bank does that automatically each and every month...so why are you calling me?  Just stupid!  Well, yeah I do believe that! and that you just want more money from me...no thank you ...pls put me on your do not call list...oh wait.. that doesn't work either... wish we had smart businessmen in DC... if we did they would modify the law to provide for a opt in only option... in other words stupid could only call if you had opted in with a signature...and if not, automatically stupid bank account would be drafted and automatic $1000 fee to the charity of my choice...now that's a law that would actually represent me and not Washington DC!

Same as everyone else

Never left a message. If you call back the only message was "if you want to be remove from our calling list please press 1 now" repeatedly.  If it's s legit company there should be other option than this.
