Call to cell phone but did not get to phone in time to answer -- called number back and got "if you want to be put on do not call list, press 1" -- which I did.

Received a phone call from this number - did not leave a message - I will block them.

Call came to my cell phone. I did NOT answer figuring it was telemarketing. They did not leave msg. I have blocked the number now.

Caller called my google voice box. Did not leave msg.  I blocked the call.

Received call to cell phone. No one spoke. Blocked call.

Automated call saying they can lower credit card rates.

They call and no one speaks when you answer.

called and wanted to lower credit card interest rates. But could not tell me who I was or what credit cards I have. They are scammers.

Called and automated message asked if I want to lower my credit card rate. I decided to press 1 to see if it was legit. A person answered and appeared to be in a crowded room with others, like a call center. I asked what credit card she was calling about. She said my visa card. I asked which one. She was vague and said my rate could be lowered from 10% to as low as 6.9%. I asked of she was sure it's a visa because I have more than one card. She said it might be a master card. i asked which lender the card was with. She said target, Lowe's, citizens bank, bank of America, or American express. I laughed and told her this sounded really shady. She hung up.

Robo-call - bank card scam.  They want to "verify" your info to see if you qualify to have your interest rate reduced.

Qualified individuals are anyone who has an available balance to spend on their card!!!!

These weasels use that BS line about verifying to see if the card is good and then they will quickly make a large charge, then transfer the money out as a cash withdrawal typically in a foreign country using a pre-paid card as the transfer method.

Just a scam.

Agoura Hills, CA? That's what caller ID displayed but they left no message. Never-ending scams.

Credit card interest rate reducing scammers. They were so rude on the phone when I asked questions about how they knew me. Thenbthey gave me some "rational" BS about how they ONLY needed my credit card number and nothing else to help me reduce my interest rate. These ppl make me sick.

Received this call on my cell phone.  Didn't recognize the area code as I live in NC.  Googled the number online and found this thread.  Thank you all for taking the time to post so that I know this is a scam.  I won't even bother returning the call but now I'm wondering where they got my number.

I'm in Illinois and received a call to my cell phone from this number. Definitely a telemarketing scam.

i don't answer calls from numbers that I don't have some connection to. The phone identifier reads "SURVEY" from a CA area code in Agoura Hills. Smart phone allows feature to  permanently block calls from this number

Called my cellphone.  They didn't leave a message.  Did not call back.

Receive a call basically one a day and it shows up either as "Shirley" or "Shirley Jones".  No one answers or leaves a message.
