They did not leave a message.

They said they had important information about my credit card account, which is strange because I do not own a credit card.  I pressed "9" to speak with a representative to find out how they got my number but was never connected with anyone.  Calling back, I was told the "phone company" cannot complete the call.

I noticed the 000 prefix and figured it had to be phoney so I sent it to voicemail.  No message left.

Credit card interest rate scammer. Obviously a spoofed number because of the 000 prefix and the "NAME NOT FOUND" caller ID.

Called on our business phone, I pressed 9 to talk to a rep to be removed from the calling list and I told her the name of our salon saying you have the wrong number and she laughed and said 'what, are you an escort service?' and hung up on me.

Rec'vd call from this number at 9 am.  I saw the number with 000 and new it would be a sales call. I let it go to the recorder and a recording went on about lowering the rate on my credit card....I have no credit cards.

How nice!  The daily "Cardholder Services" scammers are back.

Keep getting calls from this number.  No message. The problem is they keep calling sometimes 3-times a day!!

I pressed 9 to speak with a live operator.  They're not with any credit card service.  They're a debt consolidation scammer.  They're only interested in people with >$5000 credit card debt.  When I told her I don't have any credit card debt she hung up on me.

Received call from this number yesterday and chose option to discontinue calls.  Received call today and chose option to speak to rep.  Rep hung up on me as I was explaining that I had requested to be removed from the list.  RUDE!!  Tried to call back to complain, but number listed on caller ID was not a valid number.  Obviously, a scam.

This "Name Not Found" came in at 10:05 am as a recording about my credit card (don't have any).  More of the "don't be alarmed but press 9 to reduce interest rate".  Pressed 9, got music on hold, then REUBEN answered with credit card services and I asked which company he was with, and of course he wouldn't answer that; only that he was with card services and did I want to reduce my rate.  We went through that routine twice when i finally told him I was on the Do Not Call Registry and I was going to file a complaint and hung up.  He phoned right back at 10:07, as "Out of Area" and when I answered he said "Mrs. Jones, you can't file a complaint because I haven't done anything wrong.  I said yes you are a telemarketer and I am on the DNC list, which he believes apparently he is exempt from, since he wasn't "soliciting" anything, and i said sure you are and i am filing a complaint and hung up again.  HE PHONED BACK at 10:08, again as "out of area", and let me know how ignorant I was because if I filed a complaint they would just laugh at me.  So, I hung up, filed a complaint with the donotcall.gov website; then googled the number and see they are those bottom-feeder telemarketers as suspicioned.

same message as everyone else. Got a call wanting me to reduce my rates and I don't have a credit card. I get calls like these and the zombie debt collectors with fake debts all the time. I am about ready to change my number if I thought it would help and go completely private. Right now I am listed in the phone book as first initial last name and I have a common last name so they are always calling it looking for different people with that name. annoying.

2:38 PM.  I didn't answer as it said NAME NOT FOUND on Caller ID with an 000 prefix.  Why would anyone answer that???  No voice message.  Thank you to all who posted info about these creeps!

Received a phone call from the 754-000-8743 about a credit card. I do not have a credit card. when I tried to call back, got no answer, some stupid recording saying the company is not listed or available. How do they get the numbers for calling? what do they intend to do? Scammers, trying to get your personal information. They need to be stopped. That is why there is no live person when you try to return their call. If anyone has received a call like this. How did you get a number to speak to someone from the people calling about a credit card?  If anyone has any information on this, please email me. I want to try and stop this from happening. I was jolted out of a nap with this call and answered it. I was told too that it was a credit card company to lower interest rates and to press 9 to lower rates.
 I pressed 9 and got someone live right away and the woman asked if I wanted to lower my interest rates to 6 percent and I said no, I want to know who the hell you are! Click!
 Of course when you*69 you get a busy signal.
 I did call the sherriffs department and they told me by the time they would print this in the paper,they would have a different phone number.
 I have also had calls from a number that was 000-000-0000.
I am on the Wisconsin do not call list that has more bite to it than the gov.one but still get these calls.
I guess I will have to report it to the state but there probably isn't a lot they can do.

Same story as everyone else. The Caller ID info is spoofed. They claim to be Card Holder Services and can lower your interest rate to 6.9%. I pressed 9 to talk to a representative just because I wanted to play with them. I kept asking Ruben for a call back number, an 800 number and his supervisors name. He told me he doesn't play games and to go F**k myself then hung up. I was going to go along with him by giving him a fake credit card number and other info. When he asked for the 800 number I was going to give them 1-800-225-5324. This is 1-800-CALL-FBI the toll free number to the FBI. I did this once before and they didn't call me again for almost a year which was today.
