I have received a all from this phone number looking for a family member that does not live here. Has this happened to anyone else?

I keep getting multiple calls from this person daily. Sometimes they leave voicemails of either background talking or random grunting noises. I'm kind of scared :/

Structured settlement people.  Good luck getting removed from their list.  Let them know straight up, you have no settlements you are collecting on, they'll lose interest fast!

This number calls repeatedly. I don't answer any numbers I don't know, so much for DO NOT CALL REGISTRY! asked multiple times for them to stop calling my phone they don't listen. started with maybe once a week then went to once a day now it's two or three times an hour. they leave voicemails that you can hear heavy breathing

This number calls up to 12 times daily - I have a call blocker so I never hear it come through - no messages on voice mail.  annoying

754-229-3220 Number called cell phone and left a message - no company name and the caller(a man) just said:  "Hi this is a message for xxx, we're trying to process an overcharge out to you, call us at 855-290-7350."  The 'this message is for' name they used was my nickname not my given name so my guess is they got it off of one of those lists that telemarketers sell to each other.  When I called the 855-290-7350 number back (from a different phone) a man answered but didn't give a company name. When I asked what company I had on the line, he still didn't give a company name he just said something about them being a consumer survey group and then tried to go into some sales pitch.  I hung up.

This same number 754-229-3220 also called my cell a few days ago and left a completely different message.  The caller (a man) asked me to call back 954-623-8725.  He said he was from what sounded like 'Royway Funding' but it was kind of mumbled and there was background noise.  He then went on to say something about a change to a court case where I was owed money and it was urgent I call back.  I know any court that would need to contact someone from a prior case would never use a phone they would send a certified letter.  I also know I have not been involved in any court cases so there was no way that this call was legit.

Its a structured settlement company..they buy and sell annuities..if you've ever been in any transaction with jg, or 123 Henderson these people will call you..they're buying and sell annuities..there sells pitch varies but that's what they're doing ..just tell them you don't have any to sell...they're looking for business.. either you can do business or not...

Yes!  Three  or four calls so far for a family member that ha never lived here.

It was a recording from Office Steve Parker calling from the IRS about a legal petition of tax fraud against me and that I need to hurry and call before it goes to Federal court or before I get arrested.
