Even I received an sms from TA-BPQ for a voicemail directed to a similar number.

I called back to know what's this about, and recieved an automated voice message stating, "You have won $2,500.00 as our randomly LUCKY winner. PLease confirm your mobile number to authenticate and claim the PRIZE."

This is a complete Fraud and Bogus call. It's just to collect your details, and some means for Telemarketing. I recieved it on my Airtel as sender "TA-BPQ". TA is the registration code with Airtel, and BPQ is the Tele-Marketer's ID.

The telecom service provider companies should ATLEAST enquire about the purpose of SUCH registrations, and what UNEASYNESS would it causes to the consumers, but unfortunately, all they care about is MAKING money... B***** CORPORATES...!!!

I recieved a voice mail from +447559057599, and when i called back there was a voice saying i have recieved some prize, and asked me to hold the line for 10 sec, but before that i disconnected the call. Called up airtel customer care to check if the number is authentic, as the code is TA , but he said, will take 24 hrs to check on the details. Airtel sucks!!

TM-BPQ.. had a sms lik u guys from the number +447559052807.. likely i didnt call back and when i browsed abt it, i found u guys also had same probs!!! SMS spam...

1 new bpq voicemail, +447559057383.  If u happen to get a call from this number or u get a msg sayin that u hav a new voicemail, pl dont try to call back..... its gonna rip ur money as its ISD... and dont attempt to contact who is on this number...

Airtel ppl claim that they dont know about this message

does anyone know how to legally grill these numbers as it is sheer time and money exploitation. distressing thing is after i retrieved the call, on surfing i found this blog :( can anyone give an input on this
