Called and left a message say that this is Amber Smith and I should contact her about pilmanary paperwork. And she concerned about notations of the bottom of the paper.

I have no idea who this is!!!

Received many calls from this # , Amber Knight.  Does not say who he call is for or what it involves, only something about a file that has been turned over to her office????????

These are scammers,don`t answer or return phone call! They use several different phone numbers from all over the US.They have been calling me for 3 months,I reported them to the FCC.

It was my local area code, so I answered it and got a message to enter "1" to speak to a represetative. It's no one I know so just hung up.

Never mentioned name of company but said her name was Amber Smith and gave the exact same speech as above. Called back and someone answered and refused to give name of Company.

Said her name was Amber Knight. I guess, they want to change it up. Been leaving a lot of voicemails on my phone saying she has paperwork and that I do not understand the importance of the call -__- really annoying

Received few phone calls from this number.  Called them back and a "receptionist" answered not stating who the business was.  I questioned her and she got nasty back.  We had words back and forth and she asked me if I wanted to start the conversation over, ummm no!!  Total scam!!

I have received a call from David Wells. He is looking for Sonia Smith and has some legal paper work. He wants Sonia Smith to call him or he will be forced to make decisions on her behalf. He has called my phone twice along with an Amber Smith calling from 1-757-204-6319 and Adam G from 1-757-0116. Each of these people have called me twice and trying to verify addresses. Supposedly matters are serious. They tend to be vague when they leave messages.

Get calls from this number all the time. Called today to find out what they do, guy says they have no record of my phone number. Ask for the name of the company, he says "CKS" but won't tell me what they do, then hung up on me. Now it just rings and rings.

They have been calling me for over a year 2+times a day with the same message. Amber Knight calls, David Wells and others. I call back no one picks up. Now they are looking for me to confirm my address and they have my name on a recorded voice when they call. (757)296-0105 is the number they want me to call back

I just googled this number and I HAVE THE SAME Amber Knight calling me! So glad I found this! David Wells called last week to confirm my address.. Now Amber Knight is calling very concerned about an arbitrary matter..  But never says who they are calling for and we dont have our name on the machine.

this amber knight calls me everyday except weekends, said they have legal papers and needs to know my address 757-296-0105 then this david dude calls with the same number saying there office has tried to contact me several times but they get no response back so i star67 with the number and some lady answers says no company name or legal firm and how may i direct your call i just hang up on them something needs to be done about them scammers because i never give no info over the phone.

Amber Knight left a message to contact her on (757) 296-0105. Said there was some urgent arbitration matter and she was very concerned as she had not been able to reach anyone. When I phoned back from my car so as not to alert them to the home number in case of caller id, the lady answering asked for the home number. I told her I was not happy to give her that information. When I asked what type of company this was, she said they "did lots of things but it depended on my phone number."

On August 3, 2012 I had a message on my answering machine from David Wells, saying that it was a legal matter and he needed to confirm my address. Then on August 7, 2012 I had a message on my answering machine from Amber Knight, same call back number, saying she has tried "several times" to contact me concerning "an arbitrary matter" and they were offering me a chance to give them a "recorded statement" before they took action. I googled area code 757 and it said Norfolk, Virginia. Then I googled Amber Knight, Norfolk Virginia and got CKS Financial, accounts receivable. The more I read online, the more I learned: This company buys "Bad Debt" at a discount from Banks, Credit Card companies, and other debt collectors and then tries to collect on it. Banks never "write off" noncollectable debt, they SELL it. In 2005 I was the executor of an estate of a 82 year old woman in a trailer park who died owing over $7000 to a GMAC MasterCard. I started getting calls from what turned out to be a collection agency called "Serenium" or something like that. They wouldn't take "no" for an answer and continued to leave messages on my answering machine twice a week for a year. On another matter, I reported at the end of that year to MediCal (Medicare in California) that this woman's estate had no assets to reimburse the MediCal program for her medical expenses because she died past the age of 55. Once I wrote that letter to MediCal, those original collection calls from Serenium stopped. I can only speculate that CKS financial bought that MasterCard account from Serenium. So 7 years later it is starting all over again.

today miss allen called me 757-296-0116, never asks for anyone or what company they are calling from still got those legal papers for me to sign, they always leave a voicemail but i never answer it or call them back

I got a call today from Amber on my cell phone. She left a message saying she had a file on her desk and needed a statement from me. I will not be calling her back.

So it seem I'm not the only victim of these people.  They call my home 2-3 times  day leaving those stupid messages.  When are those dummies going to get it they can scam but they won't scam me.  I think it's pitifull that we have all of the word's best technology and yet law abiding consumer's cant' seem to be protected from that type of illegal harrassment.  Well Amber; Dave and whom ever else calls------GOOD LUCK!!!

I got a call about 3:15 pm 08/10/12 . Saying they have a file for on me. And I need to contact tyrannosaur. Otherwise they are going to have to process the papers to appear in court. Left a case number on my answering machine

They call my house about everyday... since the number comes up out of area, i dont bother to answer, but they call all the time.

yep.. she (amber knight) just left a message for me 40 mins ago... these people must think others are as dumb as they are.
