I get at least one phone call per day from this number.  I have never answered the call.

When I answered they continued to tell me that I owed money to Orchard Bank Visa - I have never even had a visa card through them. Then they wanted me to give them personal information to dispute the debt... They had my maiden name which I haven't used in over 10 years so even if the debt were valid, its too old to collect....

Have not confirmed for sure but think this may be Portfolio Recovery out of Norfolk Virginia.

This is a collection company.  I found that the best way to deal with these guys is to pick up the call and hang up.  This way it will show up on your phone bill as a 1 minute call.  The more they call, the better.  If you owe a debt that they are trying to collect, and they are calling and hanging up.  Let them keep doing it.  At some point it becomes harassment, and they can be held liable under section 806.5, of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

They call at least once a day. I have never answered this number because I do not recognize it and I will never answer it. I finally looked up this number on another site and this other site said that the number belongs to Virginia Escorts. I typed the Virginia Escorts into Google search and, as the name implies, is an escort service based in Virginia.

i did not know this number and i did not answered it. i have no debt or any any issue related to my credit card when i called back it is a debt collector.

Call's about 3 to 4 times a day, Callers are harrassing and think that they can threaten you with Verbal Abuse. These people are the scum of the Earth, Live and work in a little BOX

They call and verbally make threats on a ridiculous claim of money owed...we asked for statements for proof and they won't comply.  I ignore the calls now and will file complaint!

Phone call from the mother of Steven D Fredrickson from Portfolio Recovery. She wanted to do "special things" to me for money - I told her I was married and besides, I don't engage in those acts anyway that she proposed. I also told her that she could find gainful employment in the porno industry doing what she described.

Steven D Fredrickson, you are a lucky man to have such a hard working mother as that...because she told me that she actually does you on a regular basis...and you are nice because she said that you always give her a big tip.
