Got a call, no message and when I try to call back I get a fast busy signal.  Obviously some type of scam

I've been receiving phone calls many times during the day from this phone number (757-324-5040). When I answer, the person hang up and don't say a word. Once today, finally a woman said that she would like to talk to me and said my name and immediately hang up. Other times, I've try to call back and there's a message saying that : "sorry this number is unable to receive call back" and in the sequence, came up another message with a woman voice saying in Spanish: "por favor llame otra vez, no puedo contester ahora".
What's that?

Phone number 757-324-5040 keeps calling no response then hangs up

This number keeps calling me and does not leave a voicemail. I am blocking them. How and where are these people getting my number? So annoying.

Is your phone number between (000) 000-0000 and (999) 999-9999? It is! See how EASY that was. Tele - criminals pick an area code & then it's dial ahoy! Eventually they will get you. What the tele - scum really LOVE is when people they call answer, have voice mail, or best of all, call back. Oooooh! They LOVE them! Now they know your number is real, live & they got a live one. It is then sold & you get more calls. Ain't technology grand?

Im receiving calls from 757-324-5040 Daily an they hang up. They suck!

Receiving several calls daily,  no one talks when I answer. Very annoying.  Finally blocked the number.

Many calls, won't leave a message. Very annoying, you call the number back it won't ring.

This number shows up on my caller ID several times each day & no one speaks & then I hear a click when I call back. Today I happened to be by the phone & picked it up , no one spoke & then they hung up. I'm getting pretty tired of this sick individual having his fun. I will see how I can block this number.
