Called, got the machine.  Left no message

I wish these people would get another job and stop harassing people for a living! Got a call this morning from 757-336-8012.

They keep trying and I'll keep on not answering.  They use different numbers from all over everywhere.  Everything I have heard about them is negative and don't know bout' ya'll - but I do not need their BS on top of everything else.

I am on the National Do Not Call List.......guess that means nothing

call like this are not exempt from do not call.that is for telemarketing only

this number is from a company from recovery associates. which is a bill collector who may be looking for you or someone they think you know. this company has been reported to the federal trade commission. they keep changing nuimbers to keep them from tracking them so when you need to report these calls. and they sometimes posses as regular people to tell good news for the company also. please report this number.

These people are Grade A scum bags.  They try and recover "Zombie Debts" (very old debts that they bought for cents on the dollar.

They do not follow the rules or laws according to many things I have read and heard about them.

Ignore them -- they will give up.  They also use numbers out of the 843, 310 and 505 area codes.

I just received a call from them to my CELL PHONE regarding a debt SEVERAL years old that's not even on my credit report anymore.  I was very nice but when I told them I needed something in writing and she got very rude and said they've sent things in writing...umm...don't know who's address they have but it's not mine!
She then said it's obvious that I have no intetion of paying off the debt and then hung up on me!
I just had an unpleasant lunch then THIS!

This is the same company as Marshall & Ziolkowski, the old numbers are 1800-690-6293 and 716-635-6188.  They called about two years ago and now they are calling under CRA.. It is a scame, they threaten to put a lean on you through the IRS... They can not put a lean on you if it extends the 7 year mark and your credit report does not state that you owe it.

These calls are reflective to people who held or owed on a shell gas card back in 1998-2000, do not fall for this!!

They where looking for someone who had my number years ago.  I've had it for 7 years now.  Lady was nice but the person they where looking for I do not know.

I just received a phone call from these guys who left a message at 8:45 am saying that they needed to speak to me immediately and that they weren't sure if I was even aware of the situation they have there in the office.  Glad I googled their number!  Plus it sounded like the guy said CIA and not CRA.  I will not be calling back.

This is a scam! They ask to verify the last 4 of your social security number! They ask if you still live at ths same place! They refer to themselves as CRA. Then they say they are contacting the IRS if you don't pay. Don't call them back and definitely don't give them any $$$$.

They did this a year or so ago, same people, rude as hell too.

I got a call today from these scums, first of all they have no proper phone etiquette. The caller would not identify herself or what the call was about but ask me to verify the last 4 of my social.  After I told her if do not speak to individuals who cannot identify who they are she hung up.

Don't give into these people, they need to go find a real job and stop harrasing people.
