i got 3 phoe calls from this number today when u call it back it says william scott and associates tried telling me i have 3 warrents out for my arrest and they are collecting for a debt that i have a 0 balance and no actions are being taken by the companys. they are a scam we called the local court house they were claiming and nothing is against me. they said they were working with michigan state and said they were representatives laywers and private investigators. my husband called and they hung up on him many times and refused to give an address. when i called the companies they said they were representing they have heard of these scams they are becoming more and more popular they said i owed 3000 dollars or more we also let the court houses know what this company is doing also we also contacted our laywers through pre paid legal in regards to this they have also heard of the scams companies like this are doing and alot to do with cash advances. so people beware and do not give any information to these people THEY ARE A SCAM

Is this really a scam because I received calls from this number as well and they are telling me I have a payday loan I never repaid which I really didn't but I ended up paying them 300 May and June stopped paying because I read these from you and others I have yet to pay any more to them. Private investigator Roger stated that I will have 3 charges pending against me for check fraud and the sheriff would come to my job and pick me up or at my house he wasn't sure. Is this true?

just got the call too...actually on the phone right now asking them to email me documentation and they said they cant that all documentation there is state evidence......Is this crap or what?

how do they know my social?

please be aware of this company,take it to the media and report them to the fbi.
