Same here I think it may be someone trolling for numbers.....I've gotten calls from other numbers doing the same thing.....

This is a zombie bill collector. They buy very old credit card debt and try to collect beyond the Statue of limitations. This case was 10 years old. Name was Allied Credit Blah Blah Blah. They will threaten you with a turn over to an lawyer. Just a bluff. Tell em to take a hike.

Since when companies can get your number,ask to speak to a certain person, and they wont tell who they are they know who you are,but tell whoo the are!

Held call long enough for answering machine to pick up but no msg was left

i got a call from this number.  it was either a bad connection or they hung up immediately

they call up to for times a day no voicemail. and when i awnser no one awnsers.

who or what looks like a more of scammer when ask about there name & co they d/c

won't say anything calls befor 8 and wakes us up calls after 9 and wakes us up and they call 3 or 4 times a day sometimes we answer sometime answer machine gets it don't leave message sometimes we hang up on them but they don't stop calling

Didn't get to the phone in time, but I looked up the number and all it came up with is that its from Virginia!

...yeah, got one, they hung up, worries me, now i'm probably on one of those hated lists...

Keep getting a call from that number. It registers on my phone as "Virginia call".  Answered it and they hung up. Whatever they want, I don't care. Luckily my phone has a block feature on it..bye bye...So annoying.

This number calls a couple of times a week...but now yesterday and today...first time it's been two days in a row...I answer and it disconnects.

They call randomly and usually hang up. This time a southern accented female left a message about a "fiiaall" they had on their desk and wanted a return call "reegardin thiss maddar". Problem was they want to talk to someone we never heard of. Just for fun we called back and got a recording that the number is disconnected. I'm going with the theory it is a scam. How do the people that do this stuff sleep at night?

They call me and threatning me...I do not know who they are talking about that i owe a bill to....I will not deal with 3rd party collectors.....they better remove my name...

After you tell them to tkae a hike do they continue to call you?

Phone rings.... I answer "hello", and they hang up!

They called me and hung up.

When I called it back they were looking for my mother and told me that it was regarding some kind of pending paperwork and that they needed her statement.  Its was at that point that I wonder what was going on and found this.
