This telemarketer called my number and di not leave a message.  The DO Not Call listing of numbers is a joke and completely ineffective.

Hung up when I answered. When you call back you get a series of beeps.

Caller did not respond when I answered phone.

The DNC list only works with legitimate businesses. When calls like these are received, they're made by criminals hoping to get personal information from unsuspecting boobs.

Received  a recorded message call for credit card solicitation, press 1 for live operator, 3 to removed from the call list. Just criminals.

Recorded message telling me "this is account services calling regarding your account".  At that point I hung up.  I don't have any!!  WHAT A SCAM!

"Rachel" calling again in less than a week from the same Area Code, but from a different number, even after assuring me, "...consider this your final notice..."

Yeah, I wish.

I also chuckle because I noticed they corrected their poor grammar used on previous calls "...There's no problems currently with your accounts..." (their script writer finally fixed the use of a singular verb with the plural subject).

Their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethic, doesn't it?

[female voice] "Hello, this is Rachel at Cardholder Services calling in reference to your current credit card account. There's no problem currently with your account, it is urgent, however, that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. Please press the number 1 on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Or press the number 3 to discontinue further notices. Thank you. Have a great day."

Just got a call from this number.  It is a "credit card lowering service".  I replied to this call by pressing "1" and got connected to a live person.  The minute I asked to be removed from the call list they hung up on me.  When I called back the number I only heard a few beeps then the line went dead.  Scammers!!

Got a call about a credit lowering service or some BS, pressed "1" to talk to an operator, asked to be removed from their list, and was hung up on. Tried calling back and only got a few beeps, tied again and I got the disconnected line beeps.

"Company" is from Virginia.

It seems Rachel from card member services has started spoofing a new number.

Calls all the time.  My husband has cancer and these calls are very disturbing.  I tried to get them by phone, dead line.  Why can't the government do something about this?  Or, at least the State of VA.

"Rachel at cardholder services" scam, trying to get you to reveal your card number so they can steal something.

Received several of these calls from 757-475-3254. They hang up when I answer.  When I call back, there is either a busy signal or a series of beeps.  How irritating.

Idiot "Rachel" and her scam again is making a fresh round.  I wish there was a way to fry the circuitry of every electronic device these bottom-feeding scammers use.

Just got the call on my cell. I am on the do not call list. Agree that obviously, these people are scammers who operate outside the law. I no longer answer unless I recognize the number. Anybody who wants to talk to me will leave a message.
