This # is listed on several real estate site and rentals as a contact but the guy is running a big scam!

This phone number belongs to a scammer with many different names who takes deposits for rental properties that they do not own on Zillow and other online sites. They have properties listed in Colorado , Iowa and  Houston just to name a few. The name of their game is getting deposits and personal information to use for identity theft.

Do not fall for it and use Zillow and craigslist to report any email that they are using to help others.

No lie. This scammer boy is a piece of work. Has like 10 aliases Anthony Christian , Marvin Delcastillo , Stephen Hancock , Benton Cunningham , Porter Tyler , Franklin Strouth and Darin Oppenheimner to name some. All use 757-512-7811 . Lies about having businesses too. Says he is from First Choice Realty , Southwest Rental Solutions , Pangea Equity , Summit Apartments , iapartmentfind and bostonrealestateexpert.com

Asks for persona info and then says he's "out of town" and wants your deposit. Whatever you do, STAY AWAY from the scammo rental guy at (757) 512-7811

Awesome alias list. I'll add a few to that. Also uses names like Charles Albert , Steve Gibbons , Matthew Scarbourough , Jeremy Hutterfield , Charles Albert , Thomas Chandler, Anthony Christian and Porter Tyler.
