Got 2 calls from "Unknown name". Did not answer.

husband not home. would leave no message

I got a called from 757-578-3500 - company name "Creative Advertisements"

have no clue - they keep calling and calling and calling - when they get the recorder they hang up!

This company is a pain in the a--. They keep calling and eithr hanging up or not leaving a message. I googled the number and found this site along with otheres. There should be a way to have the law deal with these people

we are not a pain we do a lot of good for children as well as their familes they are fighting cancer .sorry we dont fit into your perfect world.answer your phone and help a child. thanks me

You have no right to say whether you are a pain or not. If you are legal and want to help families, then don't sit on the phone and not respond. Be Ethical in your desire to help, and don't be a nasty witch with your responce. Grow up and get a life!

Called in the afternoon.  Hung up when they got the answering machine.

Refused to send any information on there organization

Legal organization that wants to help with abducted children. If you have the money support it if not say you can't afford it and go about your day.

I'm going through another cycle where this company is calling me 3-5 times a day, and hanging up without leaving a message.  I've actually done business with them in the past.  They're called Contract Advertising, and they sold me an ad for my business in a local newspaper.  I was very disappointed in the quality of the ad, and asked them to remove my business's name from their list for future promotions.  Unfortunately, they continue to call me in spurts like this every couple of months.  I've given up answering and trying to get them to remove my name from their list.  They say they will do it, but never have done it.  Beware of doing business with them!

called and asked for the owner of the business she has a name...
he was not available she did not leave any message.
probably telemarketing, research, donations or other pain in the [***] company that calls all th time althought we are on DCN list...

When I answer no one is there. When I do not answer they do not leave a message.

They call my office all the time, it's plain annoying.

This numbes keeps calling me  when I check my answering machine they don't say anything I just hear background noise. This is really annoying especially when it is my cell they keep calling not my home nomber

I say "hello"
they say "is this chris xxxxxxxx"
I say is this?
the lady gave her name, but nothing more.
I ask what is the nature of the call.
she acts as if its too much to ask
bla bla bla.
then finally says something about sick children.

anyway folks, it sure seemed like a bogus call to me.
charities know better than to put people off before they ask for money.
does anyone have a company name for this #?

They just called me and wanted to speak to my boss.  When I said he was in a meeting and asked who it was, she told me her name and then proceeded to ask me what kind of business we were.  When I asked what company she was calling with, she asked me again about what kind of business we were.  I said, "I'm sorry, who are you calling with again?" and she hung up on me.  Annoying.

On our caller ID it comes up as Contracting, we do contracts with the Federal Gov't. I get these calls all day! Everytime they call my boss isn't available, I ask if they want to leave a message and they say no, and hang up. It's gotten to the point where I know who is calling based on their voice. I just called back and told 'lisa' the next time she calls, and R IS available, I'm just going to hang up on her and she can "f" off... I'm waiting to see how long it takes for her to call AGAIN!...
