The name of this company is Consumer Recovery Associates LLC. Their address is 484 Viking Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23452. They also have another number 877-217-2604. When she left a message (after days of not leaving one, several times per day), this time, she did not state that she was from CRA, but eluded to being a attorney. She stated in a detailed message for someone not heard of here, that she had 2 accounts just left on her desk and that it was imperative that someone call her back and that it was a courtesy call before things were finalized. I do not answer calls that I have no idea whose number it is.

Got same call stating two accounts came across her desk and to call back immediately to avoid final disposition. She gave reference number and even said that she wasn't even aware if I knew about the situation

I got the same call asking me to call the 2604 number and she said she didn't know if I was aware of what's happening or about to happen. They've called months ago and I never responded. They seem to always have something that's about to be finalized.

I got the same call saying if someone didn't call back I would need legal representation for "a case" against me. It wasn't even to my phone, it was to me on my husbands cell.

It is just a scam to steal money from you.  Written documentation is needed - not a phone call.  If this was real, you would also receive a summons - mailed or delivered by a court officer.

I just received the same voicemail she had a case number and everything! Such a scam!

Got a call, she stated she was an attorney and she had a case that I might not be aware of to call her before papers were finalized. She even provided a case number.
