whoever is calling me from this number plz stop bugging..too may calls

called last night 3 rings only I did not answer.  called around noon today. I answered heard no noise.  I said hello.  Female voice comes on says hello.  I make a long pause, she hangs up.  Caller ID says Norfolk, VA.  I live in Georgia.

person(s) called several times, my family did not pick up, so I called them after the last time, and got a pre-recorded message... really annoying, especially since we only receive calls from relatives that are out of state, none of them live in VA

Caller said she was calling on behalf of Sovereign Bank. She asks for my boss.  Before I transferred her, she hung up.

Called 4 times at 5 minute intervals, That is past a pain.

I saw the number and returned the call it was a recording stating they were issues and answer's a polling company. Thank goodness I work whack hours and go to school full time. I'm on the Do Not Call List whats up with that?

This number from virginia is calling 2 to 3 times a night for the last 2 nights. Never leaves a message.  Called ID just says Virginia and nothing else.

Called twice; I didn't pick up.  Caller left no message.

This number just called me again but I didn't answer.  So I called them using a caller ID card instead of my home phone.  A recorded voice said "You have reached Issues and Answers Network, etc., etc."  So I did an internet search.  These invasive people are a telemarking group and somehow penetrate Do Not Call Registry or blocked calls, which I have.  http://www.issans.com/home.htm.  Here's their web site.

Many calls the last few days at all different hours. Caller Id  comes up on tv screen and we just let it ring. We are on the "Do not call list" and live in Pa.

These people call me several times a day and when I called them I got a message that they were called "Issues & Answers". They said that they were a survey company and that I would have to call their corporate office if I needed further assistance, they are pains in the [***]!!!

This number has appeard on my caller ID many times, so I called back and got a voice mail recording which identified the company as Issues and Answers Network (blah blah blah), and invited a return call if they "have inconvenienced in any way" to Tel 1-800-234-7783 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 to speak with their Public Relations Liaison.

Then I Googled the toll-free number and found their website: http://www.issans.com/contact.htm

I'm sure they are currently doing political polling, but they have been calling my number for a few months now, so they obviously do not give up easily.

Three calls today while I was at work--no messages....

Got 4 calls from them, on the 3rd I picked up and said I need to run to the bath room, Hang on... 1/2 later I hung up the phone. 4th time, I talk to some one and asked for there home number so I can bug the crap out of them... They hung up.

Called late in the evening.  I called the number back the next day and the recording states that it is a survey company, Issues and Answers.

I let the call from this number go to my answering machine.  All that was recorded as a series of beeps.  After a while I picked up and said hello but the beeps continued

just got the call on Sat, June 20-09, @ 12:55 pm. I picked up the phone & since the ID was unknown, I said, " who's this" ? .... I could hear voices for a second in the background like a telemarkter ( I used to be one years ago ) & they hung up immediately.

this is starting to get me worried. What if this is some sort of a terrorist invasion or even worst, AI's!

Anyway, this number called me twice this week and don't know the person so I searched and found this. I don't know what Issues and Answers is all about but I smell feces in this hole. Probably a new type of scam is going around mofos!

Because it was after 9:00 PM I answered. I held the phone to my ear without speaking. A voice said: "Hello?" I said, "Do you know what time it is? Hang up." I hung up myself. Ten minutes later, that same number and a second after 9 call. I lifted the reciever and promptly hung up. Immediately, came a third call from these people.

Interesting. Issues and Answers is a legitimate survey/polling company based in Virginia. They get past the DNC list because they are NOT telemarketers. My husband works for a branch office in another state, but all outgoing calls come up as UNAVAILABLE due to the phone bank system they use. The call I just received had this number (757-769-7127) AND was very scratchy. I think someone kept asking if I could hear them, and something else. I really couldn't. I think the language wasn't even in English any more before I finally hung up. I'll certainly be asking my husband to verify this number with his supervisors when he goes to work tomorrow!!!
