this is National Credit works, they are extremely rude and slam the phone on you while you are speaking. I didnt even get to finish my sentence and SLAM!

I have received calls at all hours in the day and night from these people. The person they are trying to reach does not live here. I cannot get them to stop calling me.

NCW called me at 12:15 PM Mountain Daylight Time. They insisted that I owe $500 on a Master Card which I never took out. When I tried to explain the situation, all the caller did was to demand that I pay them. I haven't had a Master Card since 1976! He said I incurred this debt in 2007. I hung up on him. He repetedly called me four more time and told me that he would continue calling until I paid them. As soon as I finish writing this post I am calling my local District Attorney's office to find out what legal action I can take.

It is all a scam look it up online
All they want is money.

This lady by the name of Mrs. Sanders keep calling harassing me about going to court on a payday loan and saying she's an investigator, telling me that I'm going to be arrested if I don't pay the loan back!!

They keep calling me insisting i owe money on a credit card from four years ago and refused to work with me on paying it off. They are rude, interrupt you, hang up on you, and threaten to have you arrested. I will not pay them a dime. Im not even sure that I had this credit card that they accuse me of owing on.

very rude call from 1-757-777-3300 4 times  before 9am for 3 yrs asking for a person who does not own my phone# and they have been told and keep calling  morning,noon&nite

I am not allowed calls at work and this is harassing and won't send a bill.

got calls from this number 757-777-3300 i called back its a scam.
told me i owed money for a master card that i had paid off and cancled years ago.
it started 2 years ago and i told them to take me to court it was paid they then started calling my  friend and pople down my street to get more info. on me.
dont fall for it and dont send them any money

I have recieved these same calls for the past 5 years and i don't know how to make them stop

Second voice mail left on my home phone for someone that does not live at this number!! Says her name is Ms. Williams and that she has a pending claim on someone that she is an attorney.Looked this number up and  its for ncw a collection agency.This is very annoying, and rude should not be leaving messages on peoples voice mail if she does not even know who she is calling!!!!!!

Got a call from this number saying they want to sue me.....

Debt collection agency demanding a debt I don't owe. They don't say how much or for what, just call them back to arrange payment. I reported it to the FTC and TN attorney general.

I too received a call to my unpublished cellphone today from these jerks.  They are NCW and I actually received money about 6 years ago from a class action lawsuit against them for their illegal tactics then.  They are at it again for the same old debt that was discharged in bankruptcy court 10 years ago.  I think they get ahold of people's credit reports and drudge up they can.  Either way it's not legal.  They cannot call you like they claim to.  If they call your job after you tell them in writing to stop that is grounds enough to sue them back.  I have saved my voicemail as proof of their threat that a cop is coming to my house to arrest me and they "claim" they are putting a lien on my agings parent's house.  I think I got paid $1,000 dollars last time from the class action I joined against them. I'm going to join another one or start one today.  DO NOT PAY THEM!!  Let them sink their own ship and then you can reap the benefits!!!

NCW will not stop calling my house.
They call every day looking for someone they believe I know because of the same last name, and believe I'm related to, and that I know who they're looking for.
I asked them to stop calling my house, and explained that I am not who they are looking for, the individual they're looking for does not live here and to please stop calling my house, and to remove my phone# from their system.
She responded with a resounding NO, and said they will continue to call because they believe I know who they're looking for and have information they want and are looking for.

I began to get frustrated, elevated my voice and the woman hung up on me.
I called back the phone number on the caller ID and got the same woman who hung up on me again when I again asked her to remove my phone# from their system.

How do I get rid of these people?

I am getting daily and now oftener cell phone calls (recorded message of course) from this company.
I am not the person they are looking for.  This is harrassment.

They leave messages for my husband everyday claiming that they received a check from us that was returned NSF. We don't use checks and we have the ability of sight to see no returned checks on our account. That has to be illegal.

I get calls from this number from an automated recording. Its a scam!

I have been getting a call from this number as well. I took out a $75 Loan from a company called "IADVANCE" sometime around 2010. I did some research and found out that IADVANCE has been shutdown. The company NCW that is the one who is calling me has passed a summons on me. Not sure if this is real or not. ?????????????
