It was "Capital One".

Yup Capital One... I answer the number, but no one says anything.

This number kept on telling me to hold for a representitve, kept callig every 30 minutes...

Turned in for repeated abuse!

It was Capital One!! Came up on the call ID as NCO FIN SYS!!!

how do you report them for abuse??

Call at least ten times a day.....even after being informed that no such person as they are looking for lives here. I love caller I.D.! I hope me not answering is cutting deep into someone's commission!

These guys are shady dealers and scammers and if you get a call from them file a 1088 Complaint with the FCC at https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do and if you are on the National Do Not Call List, file a Complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx.

If the government gets enough complaints from you, we can put these guys out of business.

Yep, Capital One calls all day late at night and on weekends. I'm fed up and I'm on the no call list.

It is NCO on behalf of Capitol One collecting on a past due account. I talked to them one time and could not understand a word he was saying. They must outsource to another country.

this number calls at least 7 or 8 times a day when I answer tell them i have no idea who they are looking for they hang up WTF!

This number is from NCO Financial systems, they collect for Capital One. They never leave a message. I just spoke with them yesterday confirming that I have a payment scheduled and I got another call today.

I received a call from this number on 10/26/10 at 1:33. I know I registered both my wife's and my own cell phone on the "No Call" list, and so far as I am aware, I have no dealings or other dealings with Capitol One. And as others have reported, nothing was said as I opened up the line for about 15-20 seconds before there was a beep and it disconnected.

Tired of them calling my cell phone number-especially when all our numbers are on do not call list!

This number constantly harasses me by calling every few minutes.

These idiots at NCO are at it again!!

I DO NOT have any Capital One cards, and I NEVER will!!!

They all need to get a life and STOP harassing people!
