They are sick people! I have been getting phone call and my cell and place of employment, stating that I will be arrested if I dont pay a debt to paydaycash1 or something like that I never had a payday loan! I called transunion and they put a block on my ssn and if someone try to use my number for anything I will be contacted! The man that has been calling says he name is ALLEN WATSON BUT HAS A THICK MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT!!! OTHER NUMBERS ALSO USED IS 760-269-3824! AND DONT SEND THEM ANY FAX OF YOU INFORMATION IF THEY ASK FOR IT !!!

I received numerous calls and voicemails from this Kevin Morgan, stating that I owe money and that I will be taken to court. It's a scam! Don't fall for it and don't give them any information. They probably received your info from an internet payday loan you tried to sign up for. It's all a scam!

ANOTHER call from a female (they are switching it up, but have the same message), Jess Cooper was her "name".  She left the same old message, "Barb, if you do not call, all I can do for you, is wish you the best, as the situation unfolds".  
They are completely rediculous and trying to scam us....

These people keeping calling with different companies and different names and can't even speak English plain - leaves the same old message every day... I am tired of get - get a real job people and quit scamming us......I have turned off my answering machine at home so you scammers won't call and I have told the people at work to just hang up - I will not take anymore messages for you idots.
They also have an 888 number now - getting "high class" - HA!!!!!!!  Give up people I am fed up - don't call me anymore.....

this is so annoying, i have filed several police reports in regards to the harassing phone calls i have been receiving, after i filed the first one 2 months ago the phone calls stopped, however, they started up again today, they even called my place of employment!!!

So i called the number back and asked this Allen Vatson (watson,but you know these dumb [***] [***] can't pronounce their w's) for the address to this establishment, and he gave me the following fake address
11101 Central Ave, LosAngeles, CA 90006

so i googled this address, and either has to be S. Central Ave or N. Central Ave, because this is the only way the map will bring it up, and the zip code is actually 90059 at this particular address.
this people are running a big ass scam, and I intend to do my best to shut them down, i hope everyone else is just as ready!!!

I got a call from this number and I think I got scammed. I googled another number and saw these post and then I googled the 760 269 3825 number. I also been talking to a Officer Kevin Morgan and a Alan Watson.

I have made 3 payments and I have records of the payments. Who can I call to report this

I have recieved a phone call from this phone number along with many others like it claiming to be a Mr. David Michael White from a law office. I finally got one of them to give their bar number, as they always refuse. I cross checked it with the Texas (where they claimed to be from) database and called the ACTUAL office of this lawyer and spoke with his assistant. She assured me that I wasn't the only person who had called about this problem and that it was not legitimate.

These people are tarnishing the reputation of well respected and hard working AMERICAN attorneys.
Their phone numbers are from the US but they are not located here, my best guess is that they use a program that bings from different locations in the US.

If you have already paid them something, you'll probably never see that money again, they are not from the US and are not subject to our laws. (The lawyer reported them to the FBI, and what I've been told by his assistant is that all searches regarding this has led them to believe they are not actually in the US borders)
Always keep track of the companies you accept money from and the amount loaned and ALWAYS cross check any phone calls you recieve with these companies. It is far better to walk into a check'n'go and ask, then to pay up and ask questions later.

DEBT COLLECTORS WILL NOT REPRESENT THEMSELVES AS LEGAL OFFICIALS EITHER!!!

I got 12 calls from this number in a row yesterday! They would hang up and call right back. The only calls i got were from 6pm-6:45pm (no other time of the day). After about the 10th call, they finally left me a mesage saying his name was Kevin Morgan and basically as everyone else has said, that if i don't return the call all he can do is wish me luck. I tried to call the number back today and it's not even ringing (no dial tone, no busy signal, just silence and hangs up). Glad i looked the number up to try and see where it was coming from! I was scared to death!

Receving calls from this number every day.. Is there any way of stopping these people.

This is a scam!!!!!! If you gave them permission to go into your account there is nothing you can do but close your account and advise your bank IMMEDIATELY. If they take money out of your account without your permission then they can be charged with a felony. If you can contact your bank and see if they can trace where the money is going to then you can contact your local authorities and give the information. They have been calling me like crazy for the last 5 months, if they were real do you not think all their threats would of become true? Also, based on the FDPCA (Fair Debt  Collections Practice Act) they are not supposed to leave details on your voicemail which they do, they can not harass you, threaten you, YOU WOULD NEVER be arrested money owed unless you right bad checks, police will not come to your job and you do not need an attorney for collection calls.  Let me know if you need help to get this resolved.  GOOD LUCK!

HAHAHAHAAA...Just got a phone call from Kevin Morgan.  Maybe if he spoke english I could understand.  The funny thing is...I'm suppose to be waiting for the police to come take me to court and he will have me arrested.  COME ON OVER, I'll make Tacos!!

Have NEVER APPLIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN...I don't have a JOB and been unemployed for 1 yr.

I received a call from Office Ron Jackson.  He said I was in big trouble and if I didn't give him a call back today, someone was going to arrest me.  I'm not stupid.  First of all, you can't be arrested for any unpaid debt.  That was told to me directly from an attorney generals office.  Secondly, what kind of law office says "your in big trouble".  Really?!  Don't expect a callback from me anytime soon.

Came into work this morning and there was a message on my physicians answering machine.  It was from Mark Thomas and it was urgent that I contact him or my attorney of record as this matter was time sensitive.  This man had a heavy accent and I could bairly understand him.

He also said that he could only wish me luck as this matter unfolds.  Yes I had payday loans over the internet but have successfuly paind them off or paying them off without trouble but this will be the last time I do that ever.

I have been getting calls on my cell phone but no messages are left along with hangups.  This is the first call to my place of employment in about 2 weeks so I guess here we go again,

I agree that this is a SCAM and never return any of their calls.

Next time never give a call to me I know you people are doing a scam. Thanks for 800notes to guide me.

These people keeping call me on my cell and at my job. My boss told me today if I get one more phone call like I had today, I wouldn't have a job. I don't know who these people are but they need to stop. 282-726-2524 showed up on my called ID, I didn't answer and seconds later I got a call from Roger Davis @ 17602693825 with the same PDL scam script...I had several months without the bothering me, guess its time for another go around.
