Do you know who this company is, they claim to be Dish Network.

These people called me 82 year old mother, told them they were with dish network and if she didn't get the HDTV box her satalite dish would not work they convinced her to disclose all of her personal info. stating that they already had her credit card info from when she signed up with dish. The man was India Indian he said his name was Mike Austin, These people are using Michael and Mike as the name my daughter said they had harassed and threatened people in her comunnity for several weeks. Can anything be done to them they do answer the phone, but hang up when you question them.

I have gotten 2 or 3 calls from them so far and again, Dish Network, Indian speaking.  I told him I am on the Do Not Call list and to remove me.  He was actually polite and apologized.  Hmmmm.  But, I am sure they will call back in a couple of days.  Just won't answer....

Couple of days ago, a woman (indian again) called and asked if we are paying too much for satellite service blah blah and I just told her not interested.  This time I was ready and reminded them I am on the do not call list.
