Called my local BBC they said it sounds like a fraud and should call the FTC.So I did. They are scamers and have been reported a number of times. And since they have SSI numbers have been reported for ID theft. If you get any calls from them call the FTC at 1-877-328-4357 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              1-877-328-4357      end_of_the_skype_highlighting. These people are Indian speaking and very threatening, saying they will have you arrested, etc. They claim that they are lawyers and have case numbers.

Got a call from these [***] today. I was very skeptical hen they called me. I know exactly how they got my information, I foolishly applied for a payday loan online. I clicked to apply, gave my information, and instead of getting a loan, I went to a new page asking for my info again. I quit after that, however, that started a wave of texts, emails and phone calls from every Tom, Dick and Harry offering me a loan, and offering me scholarships. I'm thankful I looked up this number and their company name. They said they were calling from David Harrison Legal Services. I'm going to report them and I'm gonna block their number.

Continuous threats that they are from a law firm and they are collecting a debt....will knock on my dooor......bad part they can barely speak english....STOP CALLING MY PHONE

I've just been ignoring the calls for now. Today's the first day I didn't hear from that number, although now they just called me from 760-935-3892, which is somewhere near in Mammoth. I'm sure they're not in this country.

I have been recieving these calls now for over 1 year. They call then I don't hear from them for a month or so and all the sudden they are back. As many have stated, they claim to be lawyers. It is funny they can't keep there story straight. I have had calls from an "attorney" in California, NY, Florida and Texas. They informed me once that I was due to show up in court in NY. Since I have never been there I assumed it was BS. Anyway they called today and the message says my last four of my SSN. References.......best friend and brother and my complete address. They claim that if I don't call back in 20 minutes someone will have to come out to my door. I wish they would......They have called my references as well. Like one of the previous posters stated my information was most likely shared off of website for a payday loan.

These people have called me for the past four months threatening me with going to jail the next day -- each time they call they say the police are coming after me.  They have also threatened to ruin my social security number and e-mail address.  When I tried to find out if they had a legitimate issue, the man named Frank or Jack (very heavy Indian accent, hard to know...) told me all I wanted was for them to **** up the butt.  Do we have to put up with this?  This is harassment and intimidaition.  Plus, from everything I can tell, they are scammers.

I got a voicemail from them a few days ago. I called them back today and was told by an Indian sounding gentlemen that I would be arrested tomorrow for not paying back a payday loan with Cash Advance Loans. They asked me if my name was Janet Dobbs, when I told them my real name they said she was a reference on my loan application. They told me I could pay $524 by Friday and they wouldn't send out a warrant for my arrest. When asked for documentation that I was really the person implied on the loan he said I would have to pay and then get the documentation or be liable for 7-8 thousand dollars in legal costs.

I recieved a call from these people, The caller had a very poor speaking lanuage. She could not pronouns my last name, or pronouns the city., She threathing to have me arrested by the police officersand gave a certain time They would have me in custody,from my home or work.. I was very frighten, and didn;t know what it was all about. when I told my co-workers at work, they told me to look up in Google the number, they use to call me.. I was so surprise to know this was happening...

The number had an guy with an middle eastern accent threatning to  have me arrested, and saying I took out a cash advance that I never took out.

i got a call today saying that i took out a cash advance loan which is not true ive never been there. After talking to him he said that i was being taken to court the next day, which is also not true who gets into court that fast. they said i could settle out of court for 7000 or they were gonna sue me for 14000, what a joke these people. they also called my sister around the same time, they spoke with a really heavy accent.
