This is a company posing as a legal department with "officers". They called my work before even trying to contact me and wouldnt give me any information as to what the call was about. They said that they could only give information to my lawyer or to my manager at my employer. Obviously fraud. They were very harrasing and called my work 20 times in a matter of 15 minutes. They were calling both of our lines and even threatned all 3 of our employees. They then called my cell phone using our store number in hopes that I would answer and talk to them, not knowing that I was sitting there at my desk. They then ended up calling to random people using our store number. Those to ladies called us back and we told them that nobody from our store has made calls out. We filed a police report and are having to change our numbers because of it. I googled them as they were persistantly calling us and found out that they are a company called Cash Connect out of California who was been committing fraud for a very long time. This time they messed with the wrong company because we are seeking legal action against them. If you get a call from them, I highly suggest that you file a police report immediately incase you need it.

Just received a call from a 760-514-0125 said he was from BCR.   I have recently applied for a loan online.  They have all my information but what they were saying about defauding a company just isn't true.  I looked online and found other posts about this number and told him that he was a scammer and never to call me again.  The same man called back 3 or 4 more times very angry that he wasn't getting put through to my supervisor.  Just trying to scare me into giving them money but not going to happen, that is why Im posting so no one else gets scared into doing something for these jerks.

There a foreigner that continue to call my cell and my work phone number claiming I owe a payday loan that I never got. They harass me all day and when I don't answer my phone after 20 times they call my boss and become very rude with her. They told her this matter had to be resolved. The man uses the name Officer Marshall and says he is with the Investigation Bureau. This is very annoying to me and especially my boss. I have filed a complaint with local Attorney General and called the police today. I wish someone could do something about this very soon.

That same number keeps calling me then if I don't answer they call back 20 times with an unknown call.
