Just got a call on my cell phone. Because I have been bombarted with phone scams this week ( total of 16 different phone numbers!!!), I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message.

Got a call from this number on my cell.  Waited for 2 rings before I answered.  I said hello twice and no response.  Then they hung up.

Just got a call, rang a couple of times and nothing. I have had multiple spam callers since the beginning of the year.

Got a phone call from this number but didn't answer and didn't leave a voice mail ....more likely it is scam.

answered, clever recording message. Free Disneyland Tickets and all Paid, Lucky ME right? Aint Nothing in this world for free.

Really ticks me that these jerks are wasting my cellphone minutes.  I wish there was something we could do about it.  The do not call list is a joke.  Another one to block.

Received a call, didn't answer, no message was left.  After reading another comment where they answered the call, but no one was there, I looked up this article that explains the scammer process.  According to the NPR article: "That initial call you get, with silence on the other end, "[is] essentially the first of the reconnaissance calls that these fraudsters do," Balasubramaniyan says. "They're trying to see: Are they getting a human on the other end? You even cough and it knows you're there.""

This number is a scam and whoever is behind it continues to call.  No one answers when it is picked up.

This phone call is a scam.  They continue to call and no response when the call is answered.

Same here. Never answer unknown calls Nigeria has new phone seams that tag your phone number and use all the info associated with that number to steal your identity, run up charges on your cell, make purchases & drain your accounts all from a person innocently answering a phone call. Of course no recourse can be taken because the US has NO jurisdiction in foreign countries. And you are stuck in the aftermath of a nightmare. God Bless America we need all the help we can get

I just got a call to on my cell phone. Says from Escondido CA. Sent straight to VM. After reading others comments, going to block number.

We did not answer, they did not leave a message.
