Caller left a message at 4:28 MST. Very hard to understand; had some sort of foreign accent (mideastern? or Indian?). Said he was with the legal department (of what he did not say), and I must call immediately before the issue is becomes a legal matter. Also did not say what the issue was. I deleted the message.

Garden variety Indian or Pakistani debt scammer.  Accent so thcnk you can cut it with a knife.  Ignore the calls and block them.

Received a message from Allen Brown from the legal dept. and I should call back Immediately they are taking legal action against me.When I called back their message was the This is the legal dept of the Treasury....

Same BS, Indian accent threatening you with legal action against you which could get turn into a real legal mess for you and you should get/seek a legal counselor and call them back. Thank you all for posting regarding this. This is why I never answer my phone, how they got my name is what I wish I knew.

Someone named Cathy from Clearview. She was nice enough, but this is the most obnoxious company on the planet!  They refuse to stop calling and constantly switch phone numbers. Even reporting them to Do Not Call hasn't stopped their constant harassment.
