Curious about a payday loan, put in all my info, received a call asking to call back this number. when you call you get a person with an idnian accent saying "please try again later" or music and a hang up and one time i actually got person by the name of Shane Johnson, who said that this was a law firm but with lawyers that you "cannot hire". this is a scam. dont call them.

Got called three times by this number. A man with a very heavy middle eastern accent said his name was David Williams, but he found it hard to pronounce his name. Then advised that I have to call him back the second I get this message or my lawyer can call his lawyer. On the first message he left a phone number of 760-652-92864, which of course is bogus. The second message he left 760-652-9364 and struggled to get his name correct again.

I  got the same response They told me that it was a law firm and that I had gotten a pay day loan that I didnt pay back and that they had serious legal matters and there was a lawsuit agianst me

They also left messages of cll back this # 661-375-7016 and agian it was over a pay day loan and they told me that all the conversations were recorded and than he told me my social security # this is very scary what else do they know about my personal information and the names that he told me was Victor Jones and the attourney he worked for was Richard Whtie at the Anderson Law firm.

Received numerous calls over the last few days requesting I call this #. The second I received the call, 1st of all they do not state why they are calling other than it is important and time sensitive. Indian accent when repeating the # to call back, they mess up and don't give the same number. I have no idea who the company is since they do not state the company, just a name and #. But I do have a little common sense; if it is a valid debt, I would have received notification in the mail stating what I owe and why. I just would like info on the company? Any ideas?

this happened to me to..  so i put a lock on my bank account and for security on my ss number..

I got the same call today! Could barely understand the man. When he called the number showed up 0000..

I rcvd a vm too from I'm assuming the same male, heavy indian accent.  He said for me to contact the number 760-652-9384 and that this was an urgent message to contact him back.  This dudes name was ANTHONY DAWSON - HA!! And your right he couldn't even get his name right, he struggled saying ANTHONY.

This number called my husband's place of employment looking for him. Then Mr. Frank Jackson called my cell phone. I called the number back and told them to never call me again and if they do I will call the local authorities. I have already reported past phone calls from these people. They always leave different names and call back numbers but the message is always the same. Don't verify any personal information that they may tell you. They are recording you and if you verify any information they have your verification so they can hit your SSN or bank account. This is a scam because I know we are not owing any defaulted loans.  THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

Do not pay any attention to these scams!! Anyone can see your debt or previous history of any type of loan. That is why they target you, to scare you like you forgot to pay something. I fell for this years ago and learned the hard way. *Know that if you owed something, you would receive something in the mail from anyone! If you're curious, you ask for them to mail something to you. They are going to say whatever they want at that point to get your banking information from you. Be wise, protect yourself. It's a scary world out there. These foreigners are sitting in someone's basement overseas and routing to a US telephone number and robbing people of their bank accounts *****Do not fall for it I warn you!

i have recieved lots of calls from this number too stating i own money, but each person i speak too tells me something different.  they even called my job too.  they state its has something to do with a pay day loan back in 2009, ok, its been a year, why call me now, why no letter in the mail.  they couldn't answer that.  i asked for the name and number of the loan company, they couldn't give me that niether.  we are going back and forth and they hang up on me.  what type of cusomer service is that.  what type of company hangs up on people.  i was scaried at first, but its a scam, and please people be careful.

I kept getting a call from 7606529364 from indian accent name erick, then i called again named mark then he hung on me when i kept asking from what loan company. then i got another call from alex same number regard the same issue loan that was not paid off. this is a scam....

Got called three times from this Guys totally broken english probably from the middle eastern  one stated his name is David William and the other one Mark according to them I own a payday loan to their client name never mention during our conversation they said I was going to be arrested tomorrow because I haven't paid to his client and stuff like that,  they even said something about my job didn't make any sense at all.SCAM SCAM artist!!!

"Frank Johnson" called me today saying that he was filing criminal charges against me for Bank Fraud and other insane allegations.  He didn't seem to want to get money from me other than to just harass with a lawsuit.  Never took out a payday loan that I didn't pay back.  Not sure what they were getting at.  Allegedly represented "Cash Advance".  "Law firm" was Anderson & (something).

Received a call from Anthony today and left the 760-652-9364 number to call back...so of course I googled the number and came across this website...so I had my friend from the local police department give them a call...and the gentleman called her every name in the book and told her never to call back again...unbelievable...

I received a call at my job today saying you verify my SS I said I don't give out this information out over the phone said there was a lawsuit against me and I had to talk to Mark Murphy I asked him for the company name and telephone number I can barely understand him he had an Indian accent he gave me 760-652-9364 I called back asking to talk to Mr Murphy when he spoke he sounded Indian but oh well you never know right... so he told me he was recording this phone call and I said so a I he told me in these words "then why don't u [***] off" scam

Michael just left me 2 messages asking me to call him at 760-652-9364. I just ignore these calls because they are so bogus. I am just thankful that they do not harrass me at work. I with there was a way to put a stop to these annoying scammers. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I also received these messages like everyone else posted. I asked him what debt are you talking about? He couldn't even tell my what he was calling for. I know I didn't take out a cash payday loan. It is a scam disregard.
