Number appeared on caller ID with Vista CA.  No one there when I answered.

This number keeps popping up and I have no clue who this is!!!!!! And they dont leave any voicemail either. WHen I call it back , there is answer! What a pest!

I answered said its important buisness matter and line is being recorded, he said somehting about a company ASR, have no connection to that company or idea who they are

Same deal for me regarding this number! I don't know anyone in California.

They say they're ARS an answering service who directs calls.  Probably for bill collectors.  They put your number into their system to see where the call should be directed to and before you know it...surprise...your bill collector has found you.

ARS National; not sure if they are debt collectors.  They have a few websites, one of which looks to be a payment portal.

i have had five calls from this number. no message. number listed as unknown.  

daily ongoing calls from this number 760 659 5146 Vista Calif. they do not leave a message, I blocked the number & numerous numbers from the 760 Vista area. They do not leave a message.

Call twice/day. No message.

Got one call from this number, in Vista, CA. Interestingly enough, in previous have received calls twice/day, at 8:00 A.M., and then at noon, from s number in Encinitas, CA. Do not know anybody at any of those places. Do not have any deals with Capital One or any other Mastercard ether...

Use a call blocker. These idiots will get the message when no one answers their calls, do not give in they can all go to hell. I will not change my number I own no one> They are fishing> So go fish somewhere else>
